Ok so I have been here about 6 times…3 on the weekdays and 1 on a Sunday and 2 pick up orders. My coffee is always crafted to perfection. They are very consistent with how they make it. And my food is great too. I’ve had great customer service. They are really new so I think the negative reviews could just be them being a work in progress. But I haven’t had a bad experience. And my pickup orders were always ready when I got there and it’s really clean inside. I’m going to be sad when people learn about this spot lol but hey I love dunkin. Stay consistently great and good luck in your growth! Your doing great!

I go out of my way to frequent this location in particular.
I used to frequent the Dunkin on Precinct Line Rd. because it’s very close to my job, my drink was never consistent, the saddest part is I get the same drink every morning (Large Iced Dunkalatte, 5 caramel, and cold foam). After several tries I finally gave up on that particular location.
Next fail was at the Dunkin on Pipeline Rd. which is again on my way to work, I’ve gotten half filled drinks, (except maybe twice) with a heck of a lot of cold foam, I don’t request light ice either.
Now Forest Hill, it’s the consistency for me, the only issue I’ve had is when someone forget about the cold foam, which is understandable for an iced latte, I get it no hard feelings at all. I pay almost $9 for my drink every morning, I’m a faithful customer as long as I’m a satisfied customer. I’ll continue to backtrack before making my way to Hurst, Tx every morning to frequent this location, as an educator as well as a mother this is my slice of happiness before I start my day.

This place just open one week ago and the customer service is horrible. I’ve never been to Dunkin and with this type of service i will never go again. I spent over $30 and it wasn’t even worth it. The loaded hash browns were the most disappointing item of them all.

I got 4 donuts 3 with filling. I bit into one and no chocolate cream filling. Went back in and they gave me another one. Took off and the same no filling. The other donuts also had very little filling to none. Will not return to this DD until they get it together. Love there donuts and great service and people but this is unacceptable.

The Dunkin’ Donuts on 3501 Forest Hill Circle, Forest Hill, Texas has had some of the best service, food and coffee. I’m only in town for three days and I came to eat breakfast all three days. Brand new location right near home I’m loving it staff was friendly and professional and knew exactly what to give me when I told them what type of drink I was looking for. Just a little message to the owner some kind of signage right on Forest Hill drive and interstate 20 would be very helpful and bring in a lot more business this location can hardly be seen. Please get the signage we don’t want you to go anywhere
