If I could give this location zero stars I would. We went into this location for the first time a few weeks ago and it was the worst experience ever .. The manager and the workers have absolutely zero customer service skills. The first time we went into that location we waited in line for almost 25 minutes (no exaggeration) while the 1 women in front of of ordered their food. The employees behind the counter never bothered to acknowledge that we were even in line. Fast forward to 10/29 which happened to be my birthday we decided to give that location ine more try thinking maybe it was just an off day for the workers..We waited in line not as long so we thought ok we will have a better experience. The worker was very kind we had coupons she took care of is very well.. for reference my husband ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a hot coffee and I ordered a well toasted bagel with cream cheese. We ordered it to go. We got home which is less than a 3 minute drive. We sit down to eat and my husband’s bagel is perfect..I opened mine and there was only cream cheese on one side of the bagel and is was BURNT beyond belief. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION … Don’t bother calling Customer service to share your experience it falls on deaf ears and you just get the run around. Next time ill go to the grocery store and make it myself. Thank you dunkin for ruining my birthday breakfast.

I placed an order on 12/29 for 200 donut holes to be picked up on 12/31. I needed them for a NYE party. When I went to pick up, I learned that my order was misdated so that the pick up date was set to be 1/1–NYD! I panicked!! But Wonderful Ashley took charge of my order personally to ensure I had what I needed for the party that night! She was amazing!!! She communicated clearly with me via her personal cell phone. She kept me assured that I would have exactly what I needed in plenty of time, even though she was making them for me at a special time of day that was unusual. She went above and beyond to satisfy me and it should be recognized! Great great employee!! Thank you Ashley!!

Ordered a drink with oat milk. I never confirm if my drinks are made with oat milk I just trust them but for some reason that day I did and when I asked, the drive-through person said it was made with regular milk because they were out and truck did not come until the next day but they were not gonna disclose it with me until I asked. I think he wanted me to take the drink as it was but I asked if there was any other non-dairy milk, almond, soy etc and he said no so I asked for a refund and then me offered lactaid milk and I never had it but at that point I just wanted to leave so I told him I’d try it. Unfortunately I still got sick and I should have just gotten a refund. Overall they were nice but they need to disclose when something is not available.

We ordered door dash for an order of 4 snackin bacon, and we only got ONE order with 4 little pieces of bacon in them, very trash and very scammy. Be careful with this dunkin we even went in person to ask if they had them and the girl said no. Which was a lie, clearly. They just don’t want to make fresh ones.

This girl named Heather is always amazing to talk to and she’s super sweet! I’ve come here multiple times and she is always working so hard and genuinely cares about what she does. Plus she’s really pretty, I came in and asked for a pumpkin spice latte and even though the store was SWAMPED, she still took the time to really make sure my drink was perfect. Out of all the years I’ve been getting pumpkin spice drinks, she made the absolute best one I’ve ever tasted. It was like she really truly made it with love, she cares about the customers and genuinely listens to them which is so rare nowadays especially with most people just working for a paycheck and that’s it. She definitely deserves a raise!!!!!

Asked for a milkshake, worker had no idea what that was, but went with it anyway.
After an extended wait I was given a milkshake made with crushed ice like a smoothie. No whipped cream, no cherry, just ice cream and crushed ice.
How this level of incompetence exists should be studied.
I paid nearly 8$ before being asked to tip. I’ll be seeking a refund, this is pathetic.

Sounds like you have a toxic worker still working here, as I heard her complaining and yelling the entire time we were waiting on our order. Also, why do you only have two people working the whole store and drive thru?!
Our food was obviously thrown together, and burnt bacon. No napkins included in the bag to-go…

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I went thru the drive thru 20 mins before closing because it was the only place open that served coffee. The lady already was huffing and puffing when I pulled up. Than when I asked for munchkins she decided to get passive and yell “well we’re all out of that because WE CLOSE IN 10 MINS” she knew it was wrong cause she had some dude take my pay and give me my coffee. If you hate your job so much than just quit and find something you enjoy doing. You’re obviously not getting paid enough as it is, so just go do what you want. But yelling at people who are paying for a service because you close in 20 mins is not it. I would’ve been fine with just the coffee if it didn’t come with a side full of hate that I didn’t ask for. This is why I’d rather pay an arm and a leg to go to Starbucks, because they actually enjoy their jobs and make my experience pleasant and don’t yell at me because I pull up 20 mins before close.

The $6 meal deal is a nice meal. But be sure to check your order for missing items before leaving. Happened twice in a row now. They can be very slow at times as well.
