I forget the reason that I avoid this location is that when I order an ice matcha latte with light ice (read as anything less than packed so full of ice that you literally get 2 sips of actual product), I can’t taste the drink because they add milk, or depending on who is working, only fill it 3/4 full.

The staff is friendly and fast but check your order before you leave. I ordered a breakfast taco and a wake up wrap with bacon and white cheddar. The bacon was NOT put on my wake up wrap and my breakfast taco I ordered without bacon, ended up with bacon on it. In my opinion the breakfast taco just isn’t good with the bacon. Yea i could just transfer the bacon to the other wrap but it’s in crumbles and not strips, so it’s messy and the bacon grease has already soaked into the breakfast taco with the lime crema and together it’s really salty. I was too far away when I opened it and noticed to go back and i did try to call the number from google AND in the app to let them know but both numbers just rang once and said “the wireless customer is unavailable”. As I said, they are very friendly here and very fast, but fast doesn’t mean anything if it’s not accurate. An extra three seconds to do a double take takes less time than remaking an order or dealing with an unhappy customer.

Love the turkey breakfast sandwich. LOOOOVE the hashbrowns. I wish their glazed donuts were more glazed. I slept on Dunkin for years. I even use their app for discounts and rewards now 🙂

Asked for extra cream cheese this is what I got almost dry. This has happened multiple times to me and I’ve yet to post a review thinking it would get better and it hasn’t. Idk what this is Dunkin’ but it needs to get fixed. The attitudes also need to get fixed, the morning people are awesome but in the afternoon there’s nothing but attitude. Fix it. Thanks.

Love the location of this DD. My bf goes every weekend for his iced coffee and loves it most the time. The newer employees don’t make it right they just need to practice more. They are always kind and make our orders fast. The donuts are good earlier in the day because they are fresher! We like the munchkins, the iced coffee and the bacon. We avoid the drive thru as it takes a little longer. Also the app is great and you can get lots of freebies on it!
