I’m extremely disappointed because Dunkin’ has always been my go to over Starbucks. I’ve stayed loyal for years. But this location and the inconsistency across stores has pushed me to the point where I will be going out of my way to other coffee shops.
This was not the first time I’ve been disappointed. My last three visits have not met expectations. The issue is not customer service. The employees have not been rude. This is about policy and consistency.
I ordered a large iced caramel coffee with very little ice for my daughter. What I received was a large cup that was only about half full. I was told drinks are measured by a fixed liquid amount, not by the cup size. That means when a customer asks for less ice, they get less product but still pay for a large. That feels like a rip off. If I wanted a small, I would have ordered a small.
We specifically ordered a large because she uses the coffee at home to make her own slushy as well. So yes, the size matters.
I also ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwiches for my grandsons. When I got home, they were made on croissants instead of bagels. You can see from the picture with the receipt I ordered bagels not croissants. My grandchildren don’t dislike croissants, but that is not what I ordered.
The bigger issue with Dunkin’ overall is inconsistency. One location can be great, another can be terrible. It’s hit and miss, and unfortunately this location has now missed several times in a row.
At this point, I just don’t feel comfortable giving Dunkin’ my money anymore. If there is a way to rectify this and create consistency across locations, I would love to hear it. Loyal customers notice when standards slip.

I hate to even be this person but everytime I go to dunkin. They can never make my sandwich correct. Way to ruin a pregnant momma’s morning. I asked for white cheddar cheese and they put the yellow cheese. Please learn how to read a ticket order. I managed a dunkin and it’s really not that hard. I’ve been in the same position as the person on sandwich line and it’s not hard to take a second to read what the order says.

This is probably the poorest of Dunkin locations. The people do not know how to (or choose not to) prepare coffee correctly. I stopped there on the way to work this morning and received lukewarm coffee, yet they claimed it was freshly brewed. This is about the 3rd time this has happened – before I was given the excuse of the creamer making the coffee colder, yet I have been ordering coffee for years and it’s served HOT. The people are nice, but they really need to learn how to prepare coffee. I do not pay for lukewarm coffee. I have contacted headquarters and look forward to compensation. Moving forward, I do not plan to visit this location.

Terrible customer service. The employee at the drive thru, Reginald, shoved the entire POS system out of the window asking for a tip and never even said thank you. So uncalled for and rude. I also had to ask for a receipt. This is the only location that does this. I will no longer give this location, or company, my business. I’ve reported bad customer service to the manager, Mary, in the past. She stated she would mail a gift card, which she never did. I will find another coffee company to give my money to.

Mary and her team have been fantastic with always having our large breakfast catering order ready. Mary even reaches out to remind me if I need to place an order. Great proactive customer service.

I mean I keep Coming here because it’s convienent on the way to work and I like The coffee but more often than not I am not happy with my order, I always order cold foam— get charged almost $1 and 9 times out of 10 they don’t put it on my coffee— half the time my baked goods taste like they’re burnt like they haven’t cleaned their oven after burning something— then there’s times like this morning where my kolache looks like this. This isn’t even edible!!! You can hear the staff griping at each other through the window more often than not— yall need to get it together!

Really bad customer service. They couldn’t take my order through the drive through and asked me to order inside. I got out and tried to go inside. The door was locked. A customer tried opening the door but he was told no. I talked to the girl at the drive through window about what they wanted me to do. And she was like “I dont know, our system is down”. First, I understand things happen. I would’ve appreciated for someone to say, “I’m sorry ma’am. You can either wait for the system to respond or come back later” instead of I don’t know OR not even trying to acknowledge it by locking the front door.

Mistakenly take this Dunkin’ that give you less volume if you ask for “less ice”, or full cup of ice if you ask for “full ice”.

Everything’s bigger in Texas, except for this Dunkin’. Someone should be fired to save Dunkin’s reputation

New management and employees don’t know how to make hot expresso drinks. This is the second time I got an expresso drink that barely had any coffee in it. Taste like creamer and milk. I even took a picture of how milky the drink looks to show how barely any coffee is in it. STOP being cheap and add coffee to the drinks. I think it’s a new area manager issue because most of the Dunkin’s in Arlington make weak drinks. I’m not paying $5 for MILK!!!!!
