I don’t normally write reviews but this is just awful. If I wasn’t in a rush to make it back to work and saw the reviews about incorrect orders here, I would’ve checked the bag before leaving and had it remade or a refund. The croissant was smushed up, burnt, and crunchy like it had been sitting for a while after being overcooked and the egg was wet and soggy .

Waited almost 10 mins at the speaker before my order was taken. When I got the the window it took about 5 mins before she took my payment, then waited an additional time for my coffee. She hands me a coffee with whipped cream when I asked for none, so I told her I didn’t order that. She took it back, and it was obvious they just scraped the whipped cream off the top. I didn’t mind that but the coffee was now missing a fourth of it. I wasn’t happy so I pulled back around and when I got back to the speaker I explained what happened and they asked me to come inside and I said I didn’t want to (I also shouldn’t have to) they gave me attitude bc they messed up my coffee and had to remake it. Manager wasn’t professional about it, but they remade it for me.
This isn’t the first time i’ve had an issue with this location either. Last time I came they also gave me whipped cream when I asked for none and didn’t give me the extra caramel I ordered. I also have an issue with wait times, every time I come it takes 10+ minutes.
I understand when its busy and the wait time is long, but when I pulled up there was maybe 2 people there and it took 15+ minutes. Do better.

⭐️⭐️ “Just an Okay Experience”
Stopped at Dunkin’ hoping for the usual upbeat service and a solid cup of hot coffee, but this visit fell a little flat. My “hot” coffee was more lukewarm than anything, and it was overly sweet. The staff didn’t seem too happy to be there, which was disappointing since I chose Dunkin’ over gas station coffee for the friendly vibe and consistency.
Not the worst experience, but definitely not the Dunkin’ I’m used to. Hoping for a better visit next time.

So I have been a regular at this dunkins for 3 years now. In the last 7 months its has completely went down hill. My order is always wrong somehow and when I ask them to fix it attitude is all I get in return. I’ve already reached out to the corporation, the local owner called me to offer a free drink on my next time in. Unfortunately he never seemed to be there no matter the day or time I came in. When I tried to speak to the staff about it this one woman just complained he was a terrible boss and was never in. She said this, out loud, basically yelling it so all the customers could hear. I can tell you that 7 months ago there was a complete staff change. The corporation needs to get a hold of this because obviously the owner isn’t going to do anything about it. I guess I’ll be going up the road to Starbucks from now on.

My drink was ice and foam, no actually drink!! They are not very friendly staff either, kinda just acted like customers are an inconvenience to them. Definitely won’t go back

Kaylee was WONDERFUL!! She was so helpful to everyone waiting in the Mobile Order line inside. If it wasn’t for her we would all be standing in there for 30+ minutes. They sure need a raise for how busy they were but I definitely recommend the coffee, food, and the workers. They are doing their BEST!!

Coffee, donuts, and ice cream are very good. Service could be a tad better as sometimes there is a wait and they seem to be a little understaffed.

The people here are so friendly and helpful! I’m from out of town and this location is way better than the one I usually go to at home. Nothing like small town service!

How about keeping ground coffee on the shelf. At least seven occasions where i have gone there this year and no ground coffee. Reply, “We are waiting on the truck”. I should not have to call first and make sure they have it before showing up. UPDATE:
Shortly after posting my review the ladies addressed my issue and coffee has been there everytime i’ve gone back. Thank you!
