In the span of 30 seconds I was asked what I wanted by all 3 employees. Good customer service? Maybe…The first asked if I needed a minute and I said yes while stepping to the side, the second came over maybe 10 seconds later. They were both kind, so I told her I just needed a second to look. The third came over shortly after and she was pretty rude. I felt rushed so I went ahead and placed my order and my sons. My sister asked her a question and she was extremely short in her response. When my son’s hot chocolate and my sister’s hot latte was handed to us they were very lukewarm. It brought it to her attention and apparently their steamer is out. No posted notice or anything…She was pointed towards a microwave on the bar behind us. That aside the food was delicious and my iced coffee was amazing. & to the rude employee..let the other girls take the orders.

I’ve only had issues with one lady, I come here often with no other issues. She makes my drink wrong anytime she’s been there and always has a horrible attitude. I asked for ice this morning (not to remake my drink) because I barely had any in my iced drink, she proceeds to have a horrible attitude towards me over it so I ended up just leaving. It’s a bummer cause usually I have a good experience and order!

I didnt even get anything here but I have to say, the girl with the half pink hair has a horrible attitude. I went into the gas station to use the bathroom, which is right next to the dunkin. When I came out I waited by the bathroom for my husband to get out of the restroom and the half pink haired girl goes “we’re closed” I didnt say anything because I didnt realize she was talking to me. Not even 30 seconds later, mind you I didnt try to order at all, she turns around and yells “I SAID WE’RE CLOSED”

Went there to get a matcha and the lady gave me something else I told her it wasn’t a matcha and she proceeded to say yes it is then I said no it’s not a matcha is green she proceeded to fix my order to give me a matcha that wasn’t even fully mixed or properly made didn’t put anything I asked for in it bc I get this everyday ik what it taste like I just decided to just leave bc I have work but yall need to do better with yall employees on the phone and making food that’s nasty and im calling osha bc I got a picture of her too!

i have had donuts from other stores before, i was mailed free donuts coupon so i came by today to try them. so far the freshest feeling and tasting donuts ive ever had. and i tried a few different ones, i hope i can get more donuts from here again. TY for the coupon so i could try your donuts.

I got a caramel iced coffee the other day that was supposed to be blended and it was kinda gross idk why but I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t like that but have liked everything else I’ve ever gotten here especially their breakfast sandwiches! I really like that their drinks are less expensive than Starbucks! I also like that you can order on the app and pickup without having much interaction if you’re in a rush like I am. My only tip is if you want all the exact donuts in your order to be right, go earlier in the morning because once they run out, they’re out. And stuff like their pumpkin donuts go quickkkk.

I went here around 4:30 pm. I expected them to have more donuts than they did. After all, it called Dunkin donuts. I think there may have been a dozen left. When I walked in no one acknowledged me. I stood at the register at the other end for a few min to see if anyone would come over there. They didn’t, so I left. Hopefully they do a better job keeping donuts on hand in the morning.
