I ordered a medium cookie butter cloud latte today. The employee got mad because I asked for a different lid. Then I realized she did not put cookie butter cold foam in the drink. I have this drink mutiple times so I am sure that she forgot to add cold foam in it. So I came back and nicely asked her to add cold foam to the drink. Then she yelled at me and said that she did add the cold foam . She kept talking to other employees something that I could not hear it. She was so disrespectful to a customer. I don’t know why she made it so hard to add cold foam for me. Maybe because I am Asian. I don’t know. Then a guy employee ended up giving me cold foam ( not cookie butter CF ). Now I understand why they have so many bad reviews. I am so upset and NEVER came back.

The girl who was taking my sister and I’s order wah beyond kind and helpful ! But a customer behind us was honking at us to hurry up as we ordered 3 items . Then when we got our chai tea they forgot the cold foam and the after taste of the chai was super off almost like a cleaner . my sister and i each took two sips and needed to throw the drink away . My bagel bites were burnt as well . But the donut holes were good according to my son .

I ordered a mocha nut matcha and they didn’t even fill up the cup. The matcha was filled half way of the cup and chocolate cold foam on top. This is so disappointing. If we’re spending our money on drinks and food we expect it to be made the right way and we expect the amount we’re paying for. I could’ve paid for a small for this amount.

This Dunkin’ is, unfortunately, the closest one to my house—otherwise I’d gladly go anywhere else. Most visits feel like opening a box of chocolates, except every flavor is a different attitude problem. And I’m not ordering anything custom—just regular menu items—yet I still get the “How dare you order coffee at a coffee shop” vibe more often than not.
To be fair, there are at least two employees who actually seem to want to be here, and they’re the only reason this place isn’t a complete disaster. But overall, customers shouldn’t have to gamble on whether basic courtesy is available, The staff on Sunday it on February 15th Made me finally want to write this review.

So I went around 6:30 to Dunkin twice now and every time I’ve came there’s this rude girl who sits there and catch the attitude with me and then I get to the window and every time she asked me do I want my change back or am I gonna tip and when I tell her no she sits there and roll her eyes or gives me bad customer service because of that Today I went to go order something using a code and I told her to take off the bacon jam and she said so do you just want something else and I told her no because I had to buy that to get the deal and she just laughed on the mic And said anything else, and then when I got to the window, proceeded to ask me about tipping her I handed her $11 my food was six dollars. Yes, I want my change. Both times that I went I remained calm and nice regardless of her tone some people are just bitter just because they want to be and it’s sad.

I never go to Dunkin’s and will most likely never go again to this location. I was placing an online order and since I never go there, I had some questions. When I asked them they were not helpful at all. I was able to figure it out but how does the staff not know how to maneuver the app? When the order was completed I had to carry 4 drinks, 2 sandwiches and mini donuts on my won without a bag. It wasn’t until one of the girls saw me that she offered a cup holder.

I would give them 5 stars, if I could, but I’ve been going to this place since it opened, and at first everybody was so kind and greeting and warm. Now when you drive up to the drive through the people working are very rude. They don’t even greet you, they just give you your stuff and see you with a math face, it’s very disappointing since I’ve been going here has changed. I hope the management changes the employees and Tazen , to greet the customers and be more polite.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them a few chances because it is the one closest to my house. They somehow manage to mess up my order every.single. Time. They are incredibly rude about it as well. You pay extra for additions to your coffee that you never receive, and then get yelled at for trying to have it fixed, even with the receipt in your hand. You’re better off going to Starbucks down the street.

Dunkin’ gets 2 stars instead of 1 for my coffee at least tasting like it should. Other than that, I will only visit this location if I have no other option when it comes to coffee places. And there are other options. I’ll be hitting up Dutch Bros, Scooters, and Starbucks up before I come here.
I would not recommend this location if you are trying to be to get through in a decent time. Sat in the drive thru line probably about 15-20 minutes total, because I also sat at the speaker for a while. The lady speaking through the speaker was apologetic, so I’ll give them that. But the lady at the window pfff. Rude and unfriendly. I pulled up and waited for her to come to the window. She opens the window and I greet her saying hello and she looks at me with an unbothered face and hands me the drink. Says nothing and closed the window. If you don’t like your job then stay at home because ain’t no way I’m going to spend money somewhere when people can’t even acknowledge a customer. Again don’t recommend this location, this location can kick rocks.

Came into store and ordered one of their featured drinks. I was the only person in the store and it took over 15 minutes to get my drink. 2 different employees put their noses/faces within 2 inches of my cup and inspected the drink, which I thought was odd. My drink then was only filled up half way and the other half was whip cream, which is not what I paid for.
