Came to the Forney Dunkin and honestly had the best experience. The girls working were so sweet and friendly, it actually made our day. Our drinks were perfect and everything was quick, but what stood out most was how kind they were. Definitely one of those places that makes you want to come back.

Came to this location and spent almost $40 and was not impressed at all. The guy that served us was not customer service friendly at all. We were trying to decide what we were getting and he literally laid his head on the register and kept sighing. When I asked about the iced coffees, he seemed so annoyed to explain about them. The kolaches were very raw. I usually dont leave reviews but out experience here was very bad. I was a little surprised I must say. $40 to the trash, honestly.

Came to the drive thru at 7:45 . Cashier claimed they were all of coffee with no intentions to make any more. The drinks never taste the same consistently. It always depends on who is making it. Will not be visiting this location again .

Everyone raves about the donuts and coffee honestly it was mid. Donuts were hard and lacked flavor coffee was okay but over priced. Personally if I am going to pay for over priced coffee I would rather go to a locally owned place. The people working there were nice though so that was a bit of a plus

Best Dunkin around! They are so friendly and remember the regulars which is so nice to feel like they know you! The food is great and they are accurate with orders as well. I have never had a bad order or messed up order. It also doesn’t take long they are pretty fast at keeping up with the flow of business!!

Horrible horrible horrible! My six little hash-browns were burnt cold and soggy. My sandwich was stuck to the bottom of the bag by what looked like dried icing. My sandwich also had dried icing all over it – mind you this was a sausage egg and cheese croissant. No reason for icing to be on it and we didn’t order anything with icing so clearly the workers are not using proper food handling guidelines. Not what I expect when paying $14 for a fast food breakfast meal. Very disappointed.

We get coffee and donuts several times a week at this location. Each time I visit, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally forgot to add vanilla to my order, and they fixed it without hesitation. The food is always fresh so you may have to wait a few minutes for your food. It’s worth the wait! I highly recommend their mini cream cheese bagels and the jelly filled little munchkins.

We were excited about this location. I will say the first time we came there were a few issues which management handled very well. We chalked it up to growing pains. We stopped back in and what a turn around. Service was fast and friendly. Food and drinks were good. Definitely a sign of good things to come. Great work team.
