I’ve been here maybe five times in the last six months, and they often get our order wrong, but I didn’t think much of it. But last night, we went and got 2 sour cream donuts and 2 hot decaf lattes. They had all of the chairs up on the tables, even though they didn’t close for another hour and a half. The 2 sour cream donuts were a bit dry and stale, but that’s kind of our fault for wanting donuts at 8:30pm 🙂
The coffees, though, were bad. We realized when we got them back to our car that it was just espresso in cold milk, not steamed or even heated at all. We had to go home and microwave them just to get them down I was going to leave a 2 star review, but then my husband was awake until 6am because apparently they used regular espresso, not decaf ♀️
We ordered hot decaf lattes, and they were 0 for 2. Next time we want coffee and everything is closed, we’ll just wait until morning and go to Scooters
EDIT: I just noticed that we were charged $4.49 for “Pint fresh pack,” an item that we neither ordered nor received Yikes.

Ordered on the app. Upon arrival only part of my order was made, they had no idea about the other part of my order. Not sure how that works. Ordered 3 dozen donuts and a couple extra things (but only the extras were done, no donuts). I pulled to the front to wait. When they brought everything out I didn’t have time to check (as it’s now 15 mins later).
I ordered the spider donuts…. did not get that so very disappointed.

It’s always the men who’re working who make orders wrong. The three times I’ve been the guys either rush my drink wrong or don’t even do it right. Two times had me running the the rest room for hours from unsafe food handling. Then last time they didn’t make it right but the ladies always make it right. Why it take me 3 minutes atleast to have my drink made right and when it’s the guys it’s ready in 30 seconds? What. No rushing my drink is unsafe I see and know what they doing. Schedule the nice workers not the “get them out of here fast” workers.

I came into this Dunkin’ with several employees visibly working, but I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged once. Staff walked past me multiple times, used the machines right in front of me, and still didn’t say a word one employee even made eye contact from the back and chose not to acknowledge me. After several more minutes, someone finally spoke, and it happened to be the same person who had walked past me repeatedly without saying anything.
This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A simple “We’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way. Customer service definitely needs improvement here. This is not the first experience of this.

Ordered three drinks, 12 donuts and 3 donut holes. The donuts werent correct they replaced donuts and didnt tell us. First drink wasn’t fill to the top and was missing the cold foam. Second was overfill dripping on the side and top *milk and ice is all you tasted*, the women didn’t clean it at all. Third drink wasn’t even filled. It was half way. We spent almost 50 bucks. Not worth going back
