The girl named Ashley with the cheekbone piercing needs to be retrained or something. Asked for a small cocoa cloud latte in a medium cup with an extra pump and extra cocoa cloud. Pull up to the window and ask her to repeat the order because she didn’t understand the first time when ordering. She didn’t mention the extra pump or extra cloud so we ask her if she got that and she says “yes”. We pay and wait at the window. As I watch her make the drink she doesn’t put and extra pump nor the cocoa cloud… She hands us the drink and it looks lighter than what I get and there’s no extra cloud. We ask for more cloud and she gets annoyed and says “I have to charge you extra if I do.” So you never took our order correctly?? Like I don’t care if I have to pay extra girl, just charge me for what I ordered and put the extra stuff in, like??? So she didn’t even put the order in right and lied when asked if she got the extra. Cool. So at this point I don’t want the drink so I ask for a refund. She says omg laughs and go complains to her other employee and ask her to do the refund for her. Like it’s not that hard to put an extra pump and extra cloud… your already getting those ingredients… Just charge what people ask you for and make it right. If you don’t like your job, go work somewhere else ♀️

I know Dunkin Donuts coffee standards. This place is not it. I am here every single day, couple of times a day, spend over $100 a month because I live close by.
This staff needs training. Coffee is usually cold, or they forget sugar, don’t mix it, hand you stale coffee. The guy in the durag is the only one who takes it seriously and the beautiful African lady in the mornings. The rest of the staff does not care to be there.
I dont know who owns this place but if they cannot run it right. Im happy to take it off their hands.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
This is my local Dunkin’, and I’ve given it way too many chances. They almost never make the drink correctly. The drinks are consistently bad, rushed, and careless. I usually have to get them remade, and even then, they’re still not right.
The staff is extremely unfriendly and painfully slow. It genuinely feels like they don’t want to be there. Service comes off as unmotivated and borderline incompetent, and the drive-thru takes forever for a simple coffee order.
They’re also out of donuts far too often, and when they do have them, they’re rarely fresh. For a Dunkin’, that’s unacceptable.
Compared to other Dunkin’ locations across the greater Dallas metroplex, this one is by far the worst and most inconsistent. Out of 10 visits, maybe 1 or 2 are decent at best.
There are plenty of better coffee options nearby. This location needs serious retraining, better staffing, and much higher standards. Until then, avoid it. One star.

I encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. I purchased a large hot coffee; however, the quality of the coffee was exceedingly poor, and the customer service was also substandard. I am dissatisfied with this experience.

Just came to this location today and whoever made my iced caramel craze latte made it perfect!! I also ordered the Chipotle wakeup wrap and it was good too. I will definitely come back to this Dunkin!

Service was not great – and both drinks and sandwich were made incorrectly. Got a caramel macchiato without caramel and I paid extra… also got a caramel signature latte, also without caramel AGAIN. then got the bacon jam ultimate sandwich and they forgot the bacon jam.. Employees would rather be lazy on their phones or chatting to each other. Do not recommend this location at all.

Came by with my son to get some donuts. The store was locked and I didn’t see anyone. No sign. 620pm, well before they close. As I’m leaving I see a worker at the dive thru. She tells me I can go through the drive thru but the lobby is closed. I asked her, can’t we go inside if you guys are open. Nope drive thru or nothing. So it was nothing. Last time I went the coffee was horrible but the donuts were fine and at least they were open. This was the second shot. I won’t go again

Hate to bash but thought it was noteworthy. Walked in for donuts with my kids, grabbed a milk from the reach in and it was expired a week ago; Told the young man at counter and he said he’d tell the mgr. —he seemed like a nice kid and was doing his best. I bought 3 donuts, 10 munchkins, bottled water and gatorade and it was $8.66. I asked twice if he charged me for the drinks and was told that I paid for them. Do the math- it doesn’t work! The men’s bathroom had no soap, dirty toilet- like dried feces all over.
Why do we keep letting powerful companies like this get away with this type of experience… do better Dunkin’

The frosting is either:
Too little
Too runny
OR
if you buy a stuffed donut, it’s a gamble to see whether it was actually filled or not. I gave this location too many chances to return again 🙁 . I thought the negative reviews were too harsh initially, but yeah… this location is bad and the service is always slow and cars often pull out of the drive thru lane because of how long it takes. But that’s not my complaint.
My complaint is that the donuts are bad.
