Been to this location 2 months ago and my breakfast sandwich had a piece of plastic inside. I requested a refund and they told me to reach out to corporate. I sent emails, reached out on Facebook, Instagram, and X. Someone named John emailed me saying he would give me a call to get my refund and still nothing, it’s been 2 months now and I’m disgusted with the food and the customer experience. Absolutely ridiculous!

Okay we just ordered food. No one is at the store 15 mins to make 3 sandwiches and a bagel. The two egg and cheese’s don’t have cheese they are just burnt. Honestly that’s the worst service I have had there . Very displeased

Love coming to this location. The staff is always super friendly and makes my drinks correct every single time. Patricia is the store manager and I cant say enough good things about her. I just love her! Knows what my drink is before I even order it. And she makes it correct every single time. Always is so nice and its just the best way to start my day.

The drive -through is actively prioritized at the dismay of inside customers apparently. As the sole inside customer I had to wait considerably longer for a single serving of a hot drink while several cars who queued after my entry had their orders filled. I clearly noticed that my order ticket was pasted after a lapse of more than 10 minutes. Perhaps it would have been worthwhile if the drink had met my baseline expectations but sadly it did not.
The display of abundant varieties of pastries and doughnuts was appealing but begged the question how many of these were fresh.
This place is geared primarily for drive-through business. I didn’t see any other customer enter or exit during the 20 odd minutes I had to spend to collect a cup of coffee and and specialty doughnut.

Came here last weekend and was in the drive thru for about 30min+. That’s a ridiculous amount of time to wait in the drive thru. When we finally got to the drive thru window, not even a “sorry for the long wait”..they just acted like that was normal. They get a 1 star because at least the food we ordered was still warm. Anyways, this is why I will always prefer Starbucks.

We had quite a traumatic Christmas due to having to put our beloved dog down on Christmas morning. My son, daughter and I stopped in to get donuts later Christmas morning and the lady behind the counter was so sweet to us without even knowing what we had been through. She truly brightened our day and I very much appreciate her kindness.

Drive through window staff cannot count back change and then manager proceeded to not count back change correctly and argued over simple math. Absolutely ridiculous, math is math, can’t argue over basic math skills. Do better Dunkin’ and at the bar higher and train your employees in basic calculations, including your management.

You had to order on the computer,because there was a Problem with the cash register. That was a little time consuming as we just wanted a quick coffee and donut. Ended up only having 10minutes to consume a small coffee and a donut. Had to toss out almost a 3/4 cup of coffee. Didn’t have time to finish. Was very dad because Duncan Donuts has good coffee!
The donut was fresh and Delicious.
