Every time I come to this location, there is an issue. Every. Single. Time. Today the lobby is closed and you can only use the drive thru. Why? There are two employees inside leaning against the counter doing nothing. Do better! This is why Dunks is only successful in New England!

The new remodel is very generic and uninviting. I l I ke the previous seating way better. Food still very inconsistent, my breakfast sandwich come out cold most of the time. Employee need to be retrain on how to reheat food properly. The coffee is better than before. I have been to other dunking and they do a much better job in food and drink prep. Also, they do not have sourdough sandwich anymore and meal deal only comes with wrap, not the sandwich.

This was not a good experience. My first time ever at a Dunkin doughnuts and it was horrible. The doughnuts were hard,they didn’t have any of the flavors we really wanted including regular,the loaded hashbrowns was horrible and very little for the price you pay. The girls that were there acted as if they were being held against their will and that we were disturbing them at being held captive. The stinch that came from that window made me gag. Not sure if it was from the girls or the restaurant itself. They did tell us after paying that the doughnuts had been made for quite a while and couldn’t give a time on when fresh ones had been made. I’ll never stop at another dunkin doughnuts ever again. 1 time in my life is enough for me!

I come to this location at least once a day. My iced coffee always tastes great and the staff is very friendly. Olivia, Lacey, Chantelle, Iyana and Tina have all offered great customer service! As someone who works with the public I appreciate their patience and positive attitude every time I stop by. I’ve never run into any issues at this location so shoutout to Hope and Zoe for properly managing this store.

Dunkin’ Donuts makes no donuts at the individual store. They are made at a certain location frozen and sent to all the stores. They have no fryers they cook nothing. Dunkin’ Donuts are now just thawers.

Walked into an empty storefront around 8:45am on a Sunday and not one of the 4-5 women behind the counter acknowledged me or tried to take my order. One cashier was answering the drive-thru headset, but the other, presumably the one taking in-store orders, was on a cellphone…dealing with something perhaps, but no one said “we’ll be right with you” until I asked another employee if I could order. Her reply was that the cashier on the headset would be with me next…and naturally she proceeds to take another customer via drive-thru.
Rather than wait and become frustrated, I left with my two small children in tow. If the service isn’t there, it’s highly unlikely that the food or drink will be satisfactory.

Ordered a half dozen glazed donuts and some hash brows on door dash. When the food arrived, the hash browns were hard as bricks and could not be eaten. They also gave me every type of donut except the glaze i asked for.

The coffee was drinkable enough; didn’t expect an Italian gourmet experience. But I hail from the days when that first bite into a fluffy fresh warm jelly donut was a spectacular break from the morning routine at work – this one here, unfortunately, was a disappointing compressed day-old beige version of an ice hockey puck. Stay away.

I’ve ordered from here several times and always choose the “less ice” option on the app, but they still fill half the cup with ice. I even sent feedback to the store, but nothing changed. I guess they just want to save on the drink. After the third time, I stopped ordering from here
