TERRIBLE! ALWAYS OUT OF DONUTS. I went this morning- ordered at the counter. Orders were filled first with drive thru customers after me. They were low on donuts, and by the time they got to filling my order, they ran out. I was the only customer in house, and waited for about 20 min. The drive thru orders came AFTER my order. DON’T use the Kiosk! It will put you behind all the orders from online and pick up. ANYWAY, I was livid and got my money back and left. Went to Crispy Cream and had a delightful experience there.

I’ve been going here regularly for the past 5ish years because it’s close to my house and my kids like their donuts. I will say they have improved tremendously in service times. However they are still consistently out of everything, often before 8am, they never listen and you have to repeat everything in the order 2-3 times and the consistency of the drinks is off. It doesn’t make sense why I can order the same drink every time and have it taste completely different each time. A little training on quality would go a long way with this store.

I usually never write reviews but I had a situation earlier that wasn’t too well but was handled amazingly!! My drink wasn’t the best and I wrote to dunkin about it and they responded almost instantly and later the manager called me to talk about it and handled it fantastically, she had such an amazing attitude and compensated. I’ve been a regular there for awhile and have always appreciated the ladies working there. They’re all so cool and amazing at what they do! Love this location.

I have always ordered on the app ahead of time to make it easier and quicker for both the employees, myself and the customers behind me in line. It’s always worked so well. Today I submitted an online order and it allowed to submit right of way which was 630am. I submitted it and headed to the restaurant. I get there and cars ahead of me not being helped. After those cars just took off I noticed on the speaker that their new business hours do not start til 7 am. Which is fine but advertise that on your app/site so people are aware. I would not have left to get my donuts as early. Had I not already paid for them online I would have just went elsewhere. I also think the staff that were already in the building who knew people were out there could have done a better job addressing the time change as people pulled up. They seemed very uncaring which I think is very bad customer service I get the pandemic has affected a lot of businesses. But if you aren’t able to function well enough for good customer experience then advertise this. Or close temporarily.

We originally was gonna go thru drive thru but the screen was so fuzzy and not visible. So we decided to pull around so we could go inside to order, we sat in line for the car infront of us for about 15 mins then when we got inside the gal didn’t know how to get the items we wanted and when she asked for help the other ladys didn’t even respond leaving her to struggle to do it herself. The doughnuts were dry and we had waited 6 mins for our drinks and they shouted out they didn’t have the mixes for our drinks so changed flavors no problem but the drinks weren’t given within timely manner. But other than that it was good. Just go in with expectations of a quick trip taking 45 mins

This store deserves -100 stars. It absolutely takes the cake for terrible service, horrible employees and literally always being out of the most basic items. Dunkin should be mortified that this location is under their name.

I love Dunkin’ and the staff was really nice. My only complaint would be that there should be a chart or something that shows when a person wants a coffee regular, or light and sweet etc… I don’t know how many sugars or creams are needed to make the coffee right. I don’t know the delivery system so I think a chart of some sort would be helpful to everyone.
