I should have known to not go to Dunkin this morning but it’s always bad. Today was my last straw especially with this store, because there’s barely any sprinkles on the donuts and there’s two sausages in my sandwich. As a supervisor at Starbucks, I couldn’t imagine giving someone this kind of service.

If I could give a zero instead of a 1, I would. We had the grandkids stay with us for Christmas and thought taking them for donuts on the 26th would be fun (and less work for me)! I have never been to DD as we frequent another donut place that is farther away. Because DD was closer, we decided to give it a shot despite the poor ratings. We chose the donuts that each of the kids wanted from the online menu. When we got there, they were out of half of the donuts that we wanted. The donuts that we did get did NOT taste fresh. We will never go to DD again. I was hopeful the poor reviews were exaggerated but unfortunately they weren’t.

I arrived at 7:31am. The doors were locked and there were a group of girls having a party at one of the tables. I was allowed in and came to find there were no donuts. Not a single one. The staff unapologetically reported nobody showed up to make them as if this was a normal occurrence. Last time I was at this location it was also disappointing due to only 4 choices of donuts early the day. This experience was the last straw. I guess I will just rely on Walmart. Their donuts may not be great, but they at least exist.

This location is convenient for me because it’s right next door to my job, I’ve never had an issue until today 7/07/25
First off, I waited in the drive thru line for 15 min which was crazy to me because there was only 2 cars in front of me… I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and a Turkey, egg, and cheese sandwich. The coffee was fine however, the sandwich tasted like straight up cleaning solution or chemicals and when I told staff about it they kind of looked at me like I wasn’t speaking English.
Then offered me a donut. Save yourself and go to the Starbucks or Scooters down the street. I wouldn’t even trust water from there anymore that’s how bad it was.

Literally 100% of the time that I have ordered a coffee from this place with cold foam, they fill ice and coffee to the very top of the cup, attempt toput cold foam on top and then shove a lid on it. The cold foam goes down the sides and they wipe it up with a napkin and then I’m left with a sticky cup, which makes my hands sticky, my steering wheel sticky, and everything sticky in the car. So incredibly frustrating.

I go to this location almost every morning. This morning I ordered a large hot coffee with cream. One of the geniuses forgot to turn her mic off and I hear them mocking and making fun of how I ordered and laughing at me in the background. I confronted them about this and the manager gets on the intercom and said they were “just having fun”. If you’re going to make fun of a paying customer at least be smart enough to turn your mic off.

I babysit overnight a lot, so I enjoy getting the $6 meal deal as a treat on the way home.
