I ordered my coffee last week and I’m almost half way to drive-thru window! At this rate I hope I make it to my family Christmas but I really don’t want to lose my place in line. Seriously though, you could start driving to the Dunkin in Kansas City order and drive back to this location and your order still wouldn’t be ready. I have never waited in a drive through line for almost half an hour for a dozen doughnuts and a coffee, and I would have left but it’s a principal thing at this point. Tell my future grandkids I love them in case I die waiting. The confusing part is there are like 6 people in there working! What are the management at this location doing to bring anyone back here?? Certainly not convenience… or price…or service.

a couple weeks ago i came and they completely messed up my order. waste of my $16. but i gave it another chance this morning and it was absolutely wonderful. i talked to the new general manager and she is turning this store around! she was so sweet and very helpful.

I keep telling myself I am done coming to this location. Every time I am disappointed. Why am I spending my money and not getting a single thing I ordered. The staff could care less about the customers. The food and drinks are never made correctly and its never an easy fix. I can’t count how many times I have gone back to get my order fixed and they are out of every single thing I ordered. Do better.

every time I order from here my order is wrong or missing items! $14 wasted! Go the extra mile to the next one. Trying not to be a Karen because I’ve worked in the food industry before so I understand things happen. But repetitively all the time this is happening?! I love that it’s a Dunkin Donuts and a Baskin Robbins. We went for the ice cream and it was great! I love the big variety of flavors they offer. Especially since it’s one of the only places where you can find bubblegum ice cream!

The workers are rude and they mess up every time I order. I went back this morning to get my order corrected after the messed it up, and the sloth with black hair who “helped me” claimed it was right because she made it. She was very passive aggressive and probably shouldn’t be working in customer service.

I’m a regular…convenient location with friendly staff, but usually busy. Never had problems with donuts or coffee; often times the breakfast sandwiches are not per our order (usually wrong protein or you get a wrap instead of a bagel), but at least they taste good. Double check your order.

Out of the “40” different flavor selections (employee said they have 40, didn’t look like that) they had 6 kinds of donuts in the display….. 6. I asked if they needed some time to restock the display, nope, was told this is all they have for the next 4 days. It’s a Saturday morning, and for the long Labor Day weekend you have 6 kinds of donuts? Great management in this location, top notch. Save your time and go somewhere else.
