We ordered 5 egg and cheese wake up wraps for my boys. When we got home three of them had the egg split, so only half was in the wrap. There was barely any cheese and seriously not worth $3/wrap! I had to combine the egg on one to make it complete AND add our own cheese. We will not be back to this location again.

I don’t understand how they are consistently out of pretty basic donuts? They were out of both varieties I ordered this morning and would not refund my full order from the app (I did not want the coffee without the donuts). Far from the first time I’ve stopped and they’ve been out of donuts, but the first time I’ve received poor customer service. The great service I’ve received in the pas is the reason I kept stopping by in spite of poor availability of choices.

They’re nice but they refuse to fill their cream or Bavarian donuts unless you ask them to. You have to bust them open and show them that they don’t have any. It’s embarrassing to have to keep asking for what you ordered. Like who wants to babysit whether or not the donuts are correct and then have to go back and correct it?
I think what’s happening is that donuts are weighed by the managers and you have chefs afraid to fill them because of manager backlash possibly. Not sure.

Not even giving service a star, terrible. I watched an elderly man as a doordasher come in and he asked if the order was ready, they ignored him. It was just sitting on the counter, he read the receipt and asked the girl working if this is it she separated 2 bags and then proceeded to put the one drink sitting on the counter with the other one in the drink carrier. The older man checked the order on the app and you could tell the 1 bag the girl was saying was not just the amount of food the person order but trying to get attention from the other workers was like pulling teeth. Mind you it was myself in there and 1 person at the window. The guy was wandering around avoiding the older gentleman. Finally decided to help him bc he wasn’t leaving. Turns out the full order wasn’t just in 1 bag, like the girl had said. Then he asked for a big bag to put both bags in bc he was a small elderly man that carrying 2 bags and a drink carrier was probably difficult for him and apparently that was irritating to the staff too. When I ordered my food I said tots instead of hash browns even though they are fricken tots the guy looked at me like I was dumb and just said we dont have tots. Sorry dunkin but your hash browns are tots and your employees kinda suck.

They are always out of flavors of donuts or don’t stick popular flavors at this location. Also, if you drive through they do not show you all the donut options. There is no sign or any info. Only tells you about drinks and hot food. Not customer friendly. Although is right by our house and they’ve been open for about 2 years now, I think we have had enough and will be frequenting another location.

The employees don’t seem to have any urgency, which causes me to wait at the drive thru window for 5+ minutes (at minimum) even though I’m the only customer at the store. Then I’m usually told that they’re actually out of the type of donuts I ordered, which causes more of a wait time. Then the person at the window starts making my drink after they look around and realize none of the other 5 people standing around are making it. Finally, I’m handed my stale donuts.. which I just end up taking because it’s easier to just drive away than deal with going back through the hassle to exchange them.
I’ve given this store so many tries thinking that maybe they’re just having an off day.. but it seems like this is just the norm.

I’m not sure if the home office has made some changes but the donuts have not been fresh and I got some at 10:30am. I don’t know if they are trying to save money by selling day old donuts but your customers can tell. I got a chocolate frosted raised donut for your reference so please 1. Keep them in stock. 2. Make them fresh and I will update my review.

this dunkin is honestly just horrible. they must barely train their employees because they make the silliest mess ups that could be so easy to get right if you know what you’re doing. they constantly give me american cheese in a wrap that comes with white cheddar cheese on the MENU and it’s so frustrating to pay for food that i’m not going to eat because i don’t like it, and that’s not what i ordered. they have forgotten items and botched our coffee orders too. upper management needs to get this under control. there is a lot of concerning reviews that should be tended to!

Picked up donuts at 8am got to car in parking lot, donuts were hard and stale. Went back in to get my money back and was told they dont give refunds. Its no wonder why this Dunkin has 2.5 stars. Will never be returning, terrible service. Casey’s is around the corner, go there instead!

Kid at the window training was great, the coffee on the other hand is trash. Asked for cold foam as you can see none. When I first got it, it had a thin layer but within 10min it disappeared. Didn’t have time to go back and ask for a remake since I was heading to work. I’m a huge good coffee to start the day off right, and I’m super disappointed. First and last time stopping at this location.
