I come here through the drive thru like once a month, and the service has always been awesome. The folks working have always been so positive and warm which isn’t always the case for a fast food drive thru at 7am. The food isn’t going to knock your socks off or anything but I really appreciate the staff for generally just being nice.

I thought I was overthinking but I just saw another review that said the same thing!!! I had ordered a sandwich to be delivered. When I ate it, it tasted like chemicals or soap/bleach. My husband tried it and agreed but we thought it was just supposed to be the taste of it. I’m pregnant though, so I’m just concerned what that taste was! Probably won’t be eating Dunkin ever again.

They only had one kid working during holiday season and he was swamped. The drive thru is not conducive to be able to leave if you want to so we were literally stuck in line for 15 minutes and didnt even fet our order taken before we could actually just leave. Oh and this location doesn’t have jelly filled munkins either.

The coffee was hot but not too hot that you couldn’t drink it. The hot chocolate was perfect temperature too. The strawberry sprinkle donuts were fresh but my favorite was the turkey sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an english muffin- delicious and filling!

Always have a great experience when I go there. Love their sprinkle donuts and their lattes. It’s always a treat to there. The donuts are always fresh and delicious!! The employees are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend coming to this location and getting a donut.

I had a very pleasant experience today at this location. The service was fast and polite. The food and coffee were made well/correctly. This is about the only good Dunkin location on the KS side of KC, and I will drive out my way to go there; instead if going to closer locations that are run poorly.

Spent over $20, Was given the wrong donut-Got a chocolate sprinkled instead of strawberry sprinkled like I ordered, missing egg on my wake up wrap and there wasn’t any cream cheese frosting on my carrot cake muffin. I wasn’t informed that they were “out” of frosting and no one answers the phone to get this corrected. Drove all the way to work and realized how much they messed up on my order. REALLY RUDE STAFF at the window. Won’t ever go back to that location ever again.

My husband and I just went into this Dunkin and we had THE BEST customer service! While there weren’t too many options left as far as donuts because it was the end of the day, the young man working made our experience worth stopping in (should have gotten his name). We ended up getting half a dozen Boston creams and a couple frozen drinks but the entire time he was so friendly and just gave us the best service. Even told us when he went to make our drinks he was going to “make them with love”. So to the kid working at 4:15 pm today, thank you, you’re a prime example of what customer service should look like. PS The drinks were amazing and full of love 🙂

I usually come several times a week for my iced coffee. This morning I waited in the drive thru for a good while. I said hello nothing so I assumed the speaker was down. One of the employees not the young lady at the window she is always courteous,proceeded to yell next I need to wait at the speaker. She is very rude and had no business working in customer service. Shameful!!! I would like to hear from upper management or the owner.
