just ridiculous. I should not have to plan for an extra 20-30++++ minutes in my mornings to stop at Dunkin for coffee. If I could give zero stars I woulda. And it’s not about Dunkin as a whole because I love Dunkin and I literally stop at the Dunkin in Republic EVERY SINGLE DAY during the weeks. I always order ahead on the app. I literally order when I’m in Billings because I know that my is not going to be ready when I get there. Carey (the manager) has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, no sense of urgency WHATSOEVER, very obviously cannot multitask to save her life. It takes her 5 minutes to make one freakin coffee. And she never greets any customer when they walk in, never says a word to you while you’re standing there at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting for her to help you or even just look in your direction. And Faith is just as bad. Almost every morning it is Carey and Faith working together alone, the screens have tons of orders in red on them, their workstations and the place is a mess when it’s them working. They are rude and barely speak to you and my coffee is always either made wrong, tastes nasty, or not ready and I have to wait forever.
Mel and Nat are always great, my coffee is always ready when I get there if they’re there. They’re both very nice and always greet customers, are friendly and smiling. Jacob and Jordan are both great as well, never had to wait 30+ minutes for my coffee when any of them are on shift. The place is always clean, things are stocked, there’s virtually no line or wait when it’s any of these four.
The inconsistency of the coffee is so frustrating, somedays it’s the best coffee I’ve ever had in my entire life and somedays it’s the worst and I can’t even drink it. I have reviewed before and spoke with their branch manager. I understand changes will take time but things need to be fixed. And I’m not the only customer who feels this way, there are many people I see every morning there waiting, just as angry and frustrated with the staff here as I am. I have told them to leave a review as well. Sorry for the harsh words but at this point it’s getting a little ridiculous.

I had such a great experience at Dunkin thanks to Brooklyn! She was so sweet, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell she truly cares about customers and brings such a positive energy. It’s not often you come across someone who makes your day better just by being kind, but Brooklyn definitely did. Dunkin is lucky to have her!

Im not sure who is making the coffee this morning but im not sure they know what theyre doing. Coffee was low 1/3 I believe it was made for a medium, but theres also no sugar and I think only 2 pumps of caramel I can hardly taste it. Its a bummer because I was actually excited to have enough time to get coffee this morning.

If the establishment closes at 8pm they should have donuts available until 8pm. My family went in at 7:45 and they had zero donuts and were already done serving customers for the night. I have worked in food service and understand cleaning as much as you can before you close, but you can’t throw away everything you sell until after close.

Dunkin’ is my go-to when I need a fast coffee and something sweet. Their coffee always hits the spot. It’s perfect when you just need a quick breakfast or a little afternoon boost. Seriously, though, the staff at this Dunkin’ are rockstars! They’re always smiling, super friendly, and they make my day a little brighter, even when I’m just grabbing a quick coffee.

Fourth time I’ve ordered paid and waited for them to hand me food that isn’t mine or tell me they are out of the ingredients They need to make what I ordered. The only thing I like from here is the sweet maple bacon sandwich and I can’t even get it. I’m about to stop going altogether. This used to be crazy for breakfast but now I’m gonna go have to deal with Starbucks.

The snarky teenagers that work here make you definitely not want to come back. I hadn’t been to Dunkin in a while and had asked what they recommended and she acted like it was an inconvenience for her to answer that. That made me not want to come back if she doesn’t want to answer a simple question.
