I feel bad because the young girl at the register had no clue what she was doing. Service slow compared to those behind me not bad my girl and kids ordered after me and it took over 20 minutes. Rushed out to let the dogs out quick as this was supposed to be a quick stop. Then realized they got my order wrong too. If you want a quick fill up and meal skip this DD. Gas station was nice they’re dog friendly have a pet area and nice restrooms

I have gone to this specific Dunkin a few times now and every time I order everything bagel bites they are completely cold in the middle. so this time i tried to ask them to warm them up extra and they were still cold in the middle. I dont know what the problem is because other dunkins dont have this problem.

2 out of 3 items where wrong. I ordered 10 regular donut holes and got pumpkin flavored but not even 10, I only got 9. I also ordered a Coolatta and got an iced coffee.

You have to have actual expresso added to your coffee because they use coffee flavored syrup. They need better training in making halfway decent coffee. I ordered the brown sugar shaken expresso but they didn’t sweeten it with sugar of any kind. Refused to remake my drink or give refund. To expensive to taste like garbage. Absolutely disappointed. Would recommend Sapp Bros gas station coffee over Dunkin any day. Especially for the price.

Used to love this place and it seems like after getting a new manager the place went downhill. Went in for a latte and was told they are out of regular expresso and coffee that they only had decaf. How does a coffee shop not have coffee??!
Edit: seems like there has been some changes and even though they are short staffed a lot they get the coffee out perfect and faster now.

I am so impressed with this location. For years they have had the worst reputation and I feel like it has finally changed! The service was great for a mobile pick up order that was pretty large. The coffees did have a more milk to coffee ratio but still tasted good. Good job to the new management team!!

I’m from the East Coast and this is the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Their donuts were made fresh with lots of frosting on them. The women working were all extremely lovely and positive, even on Christmas. The food was incredible and puts New England Dunkins to shame!

AMAZING SERVICE!! Everyone was so nice and worked so hard. Coffee was amazing and warm. People should stop writing bad reviews when they don’t know anything about coffee. It’s supposed to taste bitter. For example cold brew by itself tastes bitter unless you add something to it and in cold drinks if you ask for sugar they are automatically going to put liquid sugar because it’s meant for cold drinks. People should be quiet it they don’t have anything nice to say.
