This is the second time recently that I have ordered cake, donuts, and received partially in my order old-fashioned. The old-fashioned is dryer stiffer and it is supposed to be good for dunking. The newest ones are not even good for that. They’re grainy and dry so that even if you dump them and soak them through it’s still like you put sand in your mouth. Why doesn’t the person at the counter notice the difference between a regular cake on it and an old-fashioned. One of the donuts in the picture below is not a cake doughnut it is an old-fashioned. Do you know which one? And I don’t have to touch it or break it open to identify it

This place advertises as being open 24 hours — the sign out front is even lit up saying so. I stopped by the drive-thru around 5 a.m.; the car in front of me pulled away, and I waited at the intercom for several minutes with no response. There were cars in the lot, so it seemed like an employee should’ve been there, but nothing. I left to get gas and came back a bit later — this time three cars were waiting, and still no one answered. We all ended up leaving. The owners should know they’re losing business by advertising 24-hour service but not actually being open.
Update: Months later – I attempted to give them another shot. Ordered through mobile app around 9PM… arrive to store… surprise! They’re closed due to staffing. They need to turn off mobile ordering when they’re randomly going to close early. Bring in a six sigma. This place is a disaster.

I like this Dunkin & understand staffing issues happen, but this location closes early A LOT without turning off mobile ordering. I’ve placed and paid for orders through the app multiple times, only to pull up and find the store already closed.
If the store is closing early, the app really needs to reflect that. It’s frustrating as a customer to plan around mobile ordering and be left with no notice. I would have just made my coffee at home!
***Edit: Gave them another try, & hey they were actually open ☺️ but gave me a raw un-grilled cheese.

Made a mobile order that came to $37 and some change. The app said “Not Paid Yet” although it had been taken out of my bank account. When I went to pick up my order I was told they didn’t have it although the order was clearly on my phone. I was told by the girls working there the new owners said I was supposed to dispute it with my bank and they wasn’t allowed to make anything if it didn’t come through. I called the bank while I was in the store. The bank said they couldn’t give me the $ back since I in fact made the purchase.
I went back to the counter, and told them, “You can clearly see I made the purchase. You seen in on my phone.” If you as managers and/or owners are telling your employees you will fire them for making things right, you need to learn how to run a business. I wasn’t going to just let you have almost $40 of my money.

This Dunkin’ is consistently disappointing. I can’t even count how many times I’ve been told their system is “updating,” and I can only get one free drink. Their ordering process doesn’t work — you place your order at the speaker, but by the time you get to the window, the staff is confused about what you ordered. On top of that, the drinks are almost always wrong. The iced coffee rarely has flavor, and half the time it’s served hot. I don’t know if this location has the same owners as the others, but they really need to update their system and provide better training on how to make drinks correctly.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Burnt the sandwich, the bottom bun was so hard I couldn’t chew it, bacon was blackened, no sauce, also supposed to be a croissant bread, then wouldn’t remake it. Did an online order, so they had plenty of time to do their job correctly.

I’ve visited this Dunkin’ a number of times out of convenience, but unfortunately my experience hasn’t been the best. Nine times out of ten, they don’t have donuts available, and on the rare occasion they do, they’ve tasted a bit stale or old. The drinks often seem more like milk than coffee to me, which is a little disappointing. I really wanted to enjoy this location since it’s convenient, but overall it just hasn’t met expectations.

Lobby is dirty, tables and chairs look like they haven’t been cleaned in a week.. Trash on the floor.. Donuts seem like they were from yesterday.. Not a very clean place.. The pictures do not do it justice
