I waited in the drive thru for 5-7 minutes. I was the only one in line. Donuts were fantastic! Then I received my coffee. 1/4 of it was whipped topping!! I paid for coffee. Fill the cup fuller. Very disappointed.

I really wanted to grab something to snack on, but the lady at the register was just playing with her hair. I had asked her if the strawberry donut was a cake donut or raised. She tells me it’s regular, still playing with hair. I didn’t let her mood bring me down. Kind of nasty though since she is handling food and money.
1. Strawberry donut – Donut was good and fresh, strawberry frosting was a little too sweet and thick almost reminded me of eating an airhead.
2. Pumpkin donut – You can smell the pumpkin when you break it in half but when you eat it, it tastes like an old fashioned donut without the crunch from the edges. Didn’t taste pumpkin at all.
3. Apple cider donut- you can smell and taste the apple. The donut was fresh and the sugar was messy.
Overall, not a bad experience donuts were tasty. I would recommend the lady who plays with her hair be retrained on food safety and handling of food items.

If you want an almost $6 cup of flavored ice this is your place. I couldn’t even get my straw in the cup for all the ice. Unfortunately, we are on a road trip and didn’t realize it until we were back on the road. The flavor is good for the 2 sips of coffee I got.

It was our first time going to a Dunkin and we loved it. The lady who took our order was very friendly and you could tell she was smiling and having a good time at work which made the ordering experience easy and quick! She made an excellent recommendation for coffee.
For the most part it looked clean and organized thru the window, but we did watch a gentleman in jeans pull them up multiple times and go back to working without washing his hands and changing his gloves. Easy mistake, not the end of the world but someone might think it is.
If we’re ever driving thru again, we’d definitely stop here.

I actually really like this stop, but not today. My issue is with the Dunkin Donuts. I walked up while they were ringing out a customer because I really wanted a donut which for me is rare. Another gentleman walked up as well. We were both ignored as someone other than the girl that rang out the last guest stepped to the register. That guy closed the register while we were standing in line. The other guy in line asked if they were open, a couple employees said no. Mind you, 30 seconds before he walked up, I was in line and they were ringing out a customer. I understand there are business hours, but I’ve worked food service and would have never turned waiting guests away. To add a bit of insult to this situation, one of the employees started boxing donuts from the display and another one grabbed a donut and started eating it in sight of customers. Hopefully this gets addressed. Like I said, I do like this stop but this situation could’ve been handled better.

Recently went through their drive through and the girls working had no idea what was going on. We placed a mobile order and one girl brought a coffee and sandwich and said bye. We ordered three drinks, donuts, and sandwich. Had to let them know we still had more items. Another girl brought us another drink. Then someone else brought the donuts. But we still were missing a drink. Then they tell us they don’t have the bottled drink. If you don’t have it, fix it on the app so it can’t be ordered at that time. Very disorganized and disappointing service at Cameron. DO BETTER!!!

Poorly trained and motivated employees. Every single time I go there there’s some sort of issue. The hash browns are really gross. Often I’ve gotten a frozen coffee drink we’re just the top quarter was frozen and the rest of it was just a liquid milk drink

Went in got some coffee and saw the sweet black pepper snackin bacon, me and my mom ordered 4 and when they brought the first bag there was Maybe 2 or 3 pieces in each bag (there is supposed to be 8 as stated on the screen) we went back and addressed the problem, the manager just sits there and goes “ok, ok, ok” when we were asking about getting a replacement and he eventually said okay we will get it going, giving us a dirty look the whole time. I wait there to pick it up, I get the bacon I look in the bag and the amounts look good. When we finally get to the truck and start to eat the bacon, ITS BURNT, ALL OF IT, now it wasn’t burnt like they left it in a little too long, THEY BURNT IT ON PURPOSE, I worked in fast food for 2 years and I have had bad days but never did I intentionally mess up a customer’s food to spite them, manager really needs a talking to, I hope whatever person sees this and takes my advice, manager was on duty around 7:30 pm on April 16th 2025, unacceptable behavior, and they were so casual about the miscounted bags of bacon it makes me wonder how often they do this and get away with it, also when I went to grab the bacon the manager and another employee who looks like they don’t even wanna be there just sit there and gave me dirty looks, terrible bacon terrible service, except the lady who took our coffee order, I won’t ever go back there again, I’m disgusted of how mismanaged that dunkins seems, never in a million years would I think that these people are worse than some of the worst customers I had when I worked at mcdonalds, and even then I didn’t dare to intentionally mess their food up, the burnt bacon wasn’t an accident it was targeted, need to get that place in check unless yall want thay place to close down and be replaced
