The food was really good.
We got the wrong doughnuts, where missing 1 doughnut. This was because most of the labels where wrong so when you asked for a certain doughnut that was labeled sour cream, or cinnamon you got lemon filled or a frosted. So labels need fixed, customers will NOT know what doughnut IT IS just by looking at the appearance. And there was cinnamon doughnuts in the apple fritter spot. So when you think you have your order figured out you dont because everything you thought was there wasnt.
And the girl taking orders didnt notify there was a food order so had to go up and tell them I didnt get the wrap

waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes watched 8 cars pull out of line and finally went inside and had to wait 10 more minutes. this is never like this i come to this dunkin very often and have never had a wait like this. try and find better employees.

Their food is the best I’ve had from being primarily a coffee shop. Except their donuts. The donuts taste stale and thawed from a freezer. Their coffee though is AMAZING!!! I will always be a “Dunkie Junkie”

I ordered a large hot matcha latte, when I opened the lid I seen that it had only been 3/4 full. I told the lady that I had that trouble a few times before and that the one I spoke to about it prior had told me it was because when they made it, they didn’t use the right steamer. When I told her that she looked a little confused about it but was nice and had no problem making a new one… But then another lady came up and took over and started my replacement order. While they were at the machine I could hear that lady mumbling and complaining about me. I thought that was interesting but then when they finished the nice lady handed it to me and gave me a pitch on how the previous workers don’t calibrate the machine. I told her that was fine and I wasn’t upset about, that only expected a full cup when I pay for a full cup. She agreed, we wished each other well and I left.
Then I got to work and checked out my new drink only to find out that they did absolutely nothing different. They just remade the drink to the same amount and acted like they fixed it. That is so disrespectful and disappointing. What I thought I was getting was good customer service from understanding people. What I actually got was fooled and tricked by disrespectful people.

The last 2 weeks we have had to leave after waiting 20+ minutes for our order. This week we went inside and waited. We ended up leaving because we had to get to church. I went back to ask for a refund. The manager basically told me it was our fault because we left. When I told her this was our 2nd time leaving she said they were down a machine. Never a sorry or any remorse. Just a bad attitude. Plus it was very messing and dirty. We love Dunkin, but I will NOT be going back to the Poplar Bluff location.

Management in the mornings is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talks to people like they are idiots. Store is filthy. Wait times exceed 20 minutes. Employees quitting left and right. Don’t go here.
