I have been to this dunkin location several times. The food is always good. The donuts are not the best, but the food is. I usually get the 6 dollar meal deal that comes with coffee, bagel and taters. The taters have never been crispy, but they are flavorful. Bagels are always fresh. Coffee is always strong- how I like mine. I have been inside and with it being next to Loves, it IS noisy. I have them a 4 on service because the girl at the windows didn’t act chipper to be there. She didn’t say anything to me when I got to the windows or while she handed me the order, she did say “have a nice day”.

I stopped by this location yesterday to get my kids a sweet treat after school, and they absolutely loved it! They had the cutest spider donuts (as shown in the photo I uploaded), along with a fun green version and a couple of regular donuts topped with Halloween-themed sprinkles. The kids thought they were the coolest treats ever!
This location is always clean and well-kept, and I’ve never had a bad experience with the food or the staff. The seating area is comfortable for a shared restaurant space, with another quick-service option located right next door. The lighting is bright, the large windows make it feel open and inviting, and there are plenty of delicious food and drink options to choose from.
Highly recommend stopping by for a quick treat or a little pick-me-up!

I request 2x that I wanted extra gravy. I received only a small portion on the mashed potatoes. I ordered 2 chicken breasts. The second was so dry that I could not eat it. Perhaps if I had extra gravy I could have. Now I will have to feed it to the cats. This was at Chester Chicken, beside Dunkin’ at Love’s truck stop.

These ladies are AWESOME! I came in Saturday morning and they were SWAMPED but handled every order like a well oiled machine… I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and for the first time in my life ordering Dunkin…. They actually did it right! Most times it’s not enough and then you pay for extra and it’s too much….believe me when I say THIS BAGEL WAS PERFECT! But yall need to give Londyn and her manager a raise! (Sorry I couldn’t catch the name of her manager she was literally moving to fast for me to catch it running in and out of the store dealing with that drive thru LIKE A CHAMP!)

Longer than usual wait time. Seemed like they were training new personnel at the time.
The cashier didn’t take other orders until the previous one was fulfilled causing a longer line to form. Wait time was long enough someone walked out. The register was empty of employees more than it had someone taking orders.
Overall not the best experience I’ve had here. Best part was finally getting my drink and leaving. Staff was friendly, but not energetic.
Also the place was kinda dirty for it being that early in the morning…

Waiting for over 10 minutes. No one in front of us. Drive through person was rude. The other car drove off in a rush. The excuse was they were busy. One car at a time in a drive through? Was there today and waited in a long line they didn’t have bagels and no lids for your whip cream. So my holiday cookie latte was not made correctly and no sprinkles or nothing and got a croissant instead
