We came here before 10 AM on a Saturday to get some breakfast and coffee. The munchkins were so dried out and I didn’t get the correct ones. The hash browns were even worse. They had no flavor, they looked like they were soaked in old nasty grease and they tasted chewy. We ended up just throwing them out. On the bright side, I also got an ice coffee with cream and vanilla, that turned out perfect. The prices are all good but the food needs some improvement.

I stopped in with a coworker to pick up doughnuts and coffee for a meeting and training with customers. Upon walking in, we noticed a long line in the drive-thru, but there was no one else inside. We were not in any hurry, so I did not feel as if I was acting in any other way than friendly. I was greeted by a young girl who immediately acted irritated, and her rude attitude almost caused me to walk out. However, I had an appointment and needed these items for my customers. I did not think that it would be that difficult to provide me with two carafes of coffee and 36 doughnuts. The entire transaction this girl made it clear she was unhappy to be there and unhappy that I was asking for “so much.”

Honestly the workers there in the drive through act like that don’t wanna be there. My order ends up wrong half the time. Last visit I had to go back through cause they didn’t give me a straw and I realized the drink was wrong. Like they didn’t listen to what I wanted when I ordered at the speaker. Anyways there are other better locations. I don’t enjoy going here.

Ordered pumpkin spice latte and maple bacon sandwich. The sandwich was fine but the latte’s espresso is completely burnt. It’s awful and has been thrown away. They didn’t give me a receipt in the drive thru so I just won’t be back. There’s 2 close by scooters locations on mid rivers and off of Mexico/Salt lick I’d rather spend my money at.

Always always check your order in the drive thru before pulling away. Common for at least 1 item to be missing. Other than that, no issues.

Fantastic customer service. Place is very clean and donuts fresh. For a long time I do not see a place so well cared like this. Owner is a sweetheart. Very caring about costumers and makes sure you leave the store happy. Chats with you and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. I would give actually 6 stars if I could.

I ordered a Toasted Soughdough sandwhich. Came out not toasted at all. I also ordered an iced carmel latte. No coffee at all its litterally milk and carmel. For the amount of mo ey spent you would think these two simple things would have the main part of the receipes completed. I understand some mistakes but my entire order?

Terrible Dunkin. Take the extra 5 min and go to another Dunkin. We got home and sat down to enjoy our donuts but it ended up throwing them away. We realized that 4 of the 6 donuts were stale. Thinking about it 4 of them were clearly at leqst day old but sold as fresh. At least the Krullers weren’t old.
