I ordered my food and drink online and then something came up and I was not able to pick it up for 2 hours. Instead of making me feel bad, the gentlemen remade my drink fresh and were so kind to my kids while we waited a min. I was already having a rough day, but this trip to this DD was very positive. The donuts & bagel were very fresh and tasty too. Well done DD!!

I ordered a drink through the drive-thru at this Dunkin’ location and had a disappointing experience. While placing my order, we asked to replace the drink with a different one before we had finished ordering. The male employee responded, “No, we already made it,” even though we were still in the middle of our order. I’m not sure how the drink was prepared even before we had completed the order.
It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it didn’t feel like the best customer service practice. I hope the team can improve communication during the ordering process to provide a better experience for customers in the future.

I won’t be coming here again. Placed a mobile order. Showed up to get it, nothing! They dug my receipt out of the TRASH!! I guess my mobile order wasn’t worthy of their time. I saw a doordash order for Sofia sitting out. Time on the receipt was 10:21 am. I looked at my crumpled up receipt and it said 10:17 am.
Then the first cup of coffee they gave me was made with curdled cream.
Don’t get your Dunkin fix from this location. It is mismanaged, has poor customer service and uses spoiled products.
I usually have pickups in St. Charles and the location there has always been amazing. Do yourself a favor and make the short drive to get quality product and service from there.

This location has gone downhill bad. It used to be the best one around. Whats the point of ordering online when they dont make it until you get there. Along with that and them always being out of things im over it. The Mexico road one is way better and no matter what time of day they never seem to be out of basic items. Had to completely reorder basically today because when I got there they were out of everything

Best Dunkin I’ve been too and I’ve been to a lot. The place itself was very clean and a friendly atmosphere! The employees greeted me right away and asked me for my order, I had ordered ahead of time and it didn’t seem to be ready which was totally fine, but it turns out the employee was waiting for me to arrive to put the cold foam on so It didn’t melt. What a wonderful gesture to increase satisfaction. Ended up being the best coffee, I’ve had in a while!

The store wasn’t busy in store or in the drive thru. I went inside and ordered 2 large chai teas with very light ice. It usually takes this store a while to make the drinks so I went to the bathroom while I was waiting. There was no toilet paper nor paper towels. I told the employees and they acted like they didn’t care and definitely didn’t act like they were going to restock the bathroom. I got my drinks a couple minutes after I told them that. They gave me 2 drinks filled with ice from top to bottom. I’d already been waiting 5+ minutes and didn’t have time to wait for them to remake my drink the correct way. I started scooping the ice out myself and I’m left with half full cups of chai tea. Definitely not worth $15 if they are going to give me 2 lbs of ice and 6 oz of chai. Need to work on management and better customer service at this Dunkin’.
