I don’t usually write bad reviews but 3/5 times this last year, my coffee order has been wrong or taste terrible or missing something. It’s the early morning shifts and this last time, I didn’t taste it right away and didn’t realize they didn’t add any flavoring until it was too late to turn around. It is what it is, but I suggest a taste test before you leave the drive through before you drive away.

I love me some Dunkin, being from Massachusetts. While private equity has pushed the corporation towards crap the local franchises make it work. The employees do a good job. The food is fast and consistent across stores. I’d recommend it.

I bought 2 of the valentine tins with munchkun donuts. It shows online valentine sprinkle munchkin donuts. They sold them to me with out telling me they were out of those valentine munchkin donuts. Cost $14.99 a peice. I just got your everyday munchkin do it’s in them both. When I asked if I could get those like advertised, they just they were out. They should have told me before just selling them to me. Extremely unhappy and disappointed in this Dunkin Donuts shop in Festus mo!

Ordered on there app .4 items . Got 3 wrong . The 4th one I was very disappointed with. Picked them up and drove away. Seen all 4 items an iced coffee. 2 bagels that were to be toasted with garden, vegetable cream, cheese and bagel bites. The iced coffee was missing the caramel. Disappointed still coffee. The 2 everything bagels garden, vegetable cream cheese toasted actually was given to plain bagels not toasted with cream cheese in a container put on later. I guess I can eat it tomorrow. Because I’m at work and I drive Car living nowhere near a toaster toasted myself now. It’s the little things that matter, but apparently they don’t matter to this location. Where is a Tim Hortons ? Never got a wrong order from them .

The service is amazing! Carrie, the manager, and all the employees always go above and beyond to make everything perfect! I have been to a lot of Dunkin’ restaurants, and this location is the best! I would give more stars, if I could!

I went to dunkin here on 7/2/2023 at 5:42pm. I typically enjoy dunkin, but this time I was disappointed. I ordered two drinks through the mobile app and there were two cars ahead of me. The line took over 15 minutes to get through. Normally this would be just fine because I understand being short staffed. I received my drinks and the girl was polite. However, they didn’t put any flavoring in my drinks. One was a vanilla latte so I thought my tastebuds were broken, but then I tried the caramel one and also tasted nothing after the cold foam. I attempted to call twice, not because I was mad but to let them know, but they never answered. I’ve worked in service for 5+ years and understand bad days but this was pretty bad lol. Photos as proof of time and that I did try to get flavoring.

This location will not give you any iced beverages with light ice. They’re reasoning is that the drinks “are calibrated” and the assumption from them is that you are trying to get free coffee; however, you can get most of their drinks hot with no ice, so you tell me how that makes sense.
It is interesting that they can’t put light ice in shaken espresso drinks after they run it over the ice by simply using less ice and making up the difference. It’s like they cannot deviate from their recipe cards or whatever they use and use their own critical thinking skills to
figure out how to full-fill a customer’s request because it deviates from the standard way of making the drink. Not everything is black and white and critical thinking is required for most jobs; figure it out. These are adult women saying this to you through the drive thru, not teenagers. Their website literally says the following:
Yes, Dunkin’ Donuts can make a shaken espresso with light ice. While the drink traditionally includes ice to be shaken, you can request “light ice” to reduce the amount of ice in the beverage. This will result in a drink with less ice than the standard amount, but it will still be shaken.
This is from the company! The women at the drive thru will tell you though that it can’t be done because they really think you are trying to get more coffee with less ice because they would have to make up the difference with a little more of the recipe instead of it being calibrated. You have to alter your recipe at times you guys to meet the customer’s needs instead of assuming the customer is ripping you off; time to use your critical thinking skills and what they call “external reasoning” rather than “internal reasoning” but none of you probably know what that means; you learn it in college through interpersonal communications classes.
