I came into this Dunkin to get a shot of espresso to add to my coffee I had gotten from seven brew that was not strong enough for my liking, and some hashbrowns because they are the best from Dunkin! This specific Dunkin was one of the best experiences I have ever had with Dunkin. The staff was so kind and the bathroom was clean!

The kiosk wasn’t user friendly and none of the people working were willing to help. They messed up our order then when they gave us the replacements our hot coffee only had cream no sugar and was barely lukewarm. We love Dunkin but won’t come back to the Quincy location.

Ive been stopping by Dunkin on my way to work every once in a while. I always use the mobile app and pick up at the window. Saying these girls go above and beyond to help their customers is an understatement. Several times, they have been out of stock for something in my order, and they always happily offer substitutions with a smile. These girls are the best. Great customer service! Dunkin, you have gained a life long customer because of the delicious coffee you serve and the kind employees you have there.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place honestly sucks. Their service is absolutely horrible, they won’t even interact with a customer for more than about 3 seconds. They didn’t even give me a full bagel and what they did give me was about half the size of a normal bagel and part was burnt. When I went in to get a new bagel they exchanged dirty looks and kept giving me looks like I was stupid before they finally helped. Horrible service, loud employees, and good food only when its correct. Not coming back any time soon.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! My coworkers ordered 6 dozen donuts for our work and by the time I drove to the location (about 10 minutes) they had them COMPLETELY ready. Not to mention that the staff was amazingly friendly which was nice considering today was the FIRST day of winter snow on Halloween! We will be placing our donuts order from them from now on!
