Every time I come to this dunkin they mess up my order. I have gone inside to get my order fixed a few times but they are so beyond rude for literally no reason and they don’t even fix your drink they just make it worse by adding more of what you ordered. I’m tired of paying $6 for an iced coffee just to end up either suffering through it and chugging it down real quick or throwing it away because it’s so bad. Coming here is like playing coffee roulette, how bad is it going to be today? Moving forward, I am just going to save myself the trouble and drive to the next town over where they actually get it right.

Very bad service. They Mismade a drink adding way to much creamer. Went inside to be yelled at. The owners son threw the cup I returned to have remade. Then starts yelling saying he had made it correctly. Same drink is never the same when you come to this pontiac location. Completely horrible service and management.

I would give this place a zero if it was an option. I placed an online order and Dunkin debited my account. The manager told me it didn’t go through and he REFUSED to give me my order. Worst customer service I have ever had at a Dunkin. Other times I have been here at this location their customer service has been awful. I go to a lot of Dunkin’s and this store is the worst location I have ever visited. I will not be returning.

Why is their coffee always so over sweetened? Asked for two pumps of liquid cane sugar, still got half a cup of regular sugar at the bottom.. been asking for 2 Splenda since then to avoid the possible sugar miscommunication and it’s like they doubled the amount this time. Every other coffee is like a lethal dose of sweet.

First of all what kinda of donut place doesn’t have donut holes. Not to mention it is still on the menu that is still being displayed, maybe try crossing out/ removing the items you don’t have or better yet sell that item that is being displayed to everyone. Moving on from the donuts; the drinks, try asking what size drink the customer wants instead of just giving them a large. The order wasn’t read back and if it was I would’ve mentioned that I wouldn’t have ordered two large drinks.

Employee threw my drink after he got mad that i stated it had too much creamer in it. Ask for franchise info and was refused. I made a complaint online at Dunkin and was told I would hear back within 48 hours, to which I never did.

Ordered and showed up in the drive-thru 3 minutes later. The 2 dozen donuts I ordered for customers of mine and my own personal coffee were waiting for me already! Coffee was perfect!

Service is hit or miss but if the main guy is working drive thru we always get the best service. Everyone else not so much. I shouldn’t have to be late for work at 6am cuz they want to leave you sit at the speaker without help. Things have gotten better here for the most part. We go everyday and most of the time it’s great service. I hope things continue this way
