I normally don’t have any complaints.And I go to duncan, 5 to 7 times a week in pekin. This morning after sitting in line at drive through for close to 15 min before I could order, (the time not am issue) I ordered my food and adjusted for extra crispy bacon. After haven’t waited, the guy running the drive through (Christian) proceeds to tell me that they are swamped and can’t accommodate special orders because it would take to long. I am in a customer service job and I would Never tell a customer especially one who st patient and waited their turn., that i was to busy to take care of them. I Would Be Terminated. That was a upsetting start to my day. Maybe I will have to become a Starbucks customer instead.

I used to not have a problem, but last couple of months, I would say 8/10 times they are unable to make a hot latte due to their machine being broken. With how often it is broken, they need to just invest in a new one, obviously something isn’t right. Also, they have been out of a lot of donuts lately. I will say the staff has been friendly though.

Young man at the window was wonderful!!! I didn’t get a name, but he had pretty tattoos on his neck. I apologize for not using a better description. This was the Dunkin on Court St in Pekin Illinois.
Very friendly and kept apologizing for the wait, which wasn’t even bad to me, but I appreciate him saying it. He was very kind. Great thing to experience on a cold Wednesday morning!!!

Every other time I come here their espresso machine is down. At this point they need to buy a new one instead of constantly telling people it is out of order because it’s disappointing everytime I drive there to be told they can’t make what I’m wanting. The food the last few times I’ve been here has came up cold and I’ve only gotten hashbrowns. My macchiato has also been made wrong the last few times. This has slowly become my least favorite Dunkin’ because of the constant issues. This is unfortunate because it’s also the closest one.

Every time i go here i feel like it’s an absolute waste of money. Horrible food, they never listen to your order just give you whatever the hell they feel like making. Food is either undone or overdone. Worst location ever. So unfortunate we only have the one location in town.

Was just at your establishment for some coffee, I ordered a HOT caramel macchiato with two shots of espresso. I didn’t try it until I drove down the road, ITS COLD! What did you do? Mess up and think oh he will never know? Seems as if you made a cold coffee and then put it into your hot cups! Absolutely disappointing that I can not get a good, consistent cup of coffee from this place. Sucks!! Try harder!!

Didn’t have any donuts that said were in stock on the app. I work at a fast food restaurant so I know this is not a hard thing to change. Handed me an over flown drink that spilt all down the front of me when handed to me. Also not a hard thing to not overflow the drink. Also mind it was 2 o’clock with no other guest in sight
