Very friendly staff, always are very nice and welcoming, always are polite and always have a smile on their face and I love that it makes me always wanna go back one time I went at 6pm
After work and there were a few people inside and I drive thru but I didn’t have to wait long they got the food and drinks out very quickly! It also always smells so good in there I’ll never stop going to Dunkin!

I’m really disappointed with my visit to Dunkin’ Donuts. The food was cold and tasteless, and my avocado toast was burnt—I could taste the burnt flavor in every bite. I was really looking forward to it, but it was such a letdown.

First time going to this Dunkin since it just opened, not too long ago in the store was absolutely clean and looks so nice and refreshing! I placed my order online in the app before picking it up and it was quickly made, and fresh to order. I will definitely go back to this location again.

Been there a few times. Coffee isn’t amazing. Haven’t really tried dunkin donuts at other locations so idk if it’s different or not. Donuts are ok but not made in store. The cappuccino blast is good… crazy sweet though. It is actually a Baskin product so Dunkin coupons don’t work with it (including the one on the receipt for a free donut). Got ice cream, it was 9.00 for a 2 scoop sundae. Very overpriced for what it is. Service was ok on all visits. Definitely better coffee options close by

the store was nice and clean, the staff took the order correctly and in a timely manner, the coffee I got was really good , but the food items we got were not it. My bagel was burnt but yet the bacon wasn’t cooked all the way, my husbands chorizo and egg wrap had so much liquid in it that the wrap fell apart before he even got to eat it. The food took a fat minute to be cooked so I’m not sure why they were made so poorly. I will continue to order coffee from this location but I would stay away from their hot food items (I’m sure their donuts and ice cream is fine)

Every time I order coffee, the girls forget to make it. I wait ten minutes, then go ask about my coffee and they act confused like what? Then they make it but they never apologize, ever. Seriously need new training for these employees.
The coffee is good and donuts are ok. They’re just donuts. I go because it’s close and convenient.
Music is too loud and also should not be blaring on outside speakers. It’s not a pleasant experience if you dine in. Southern windows makes the summer sun too hot and bright. They need shades over the windows.

First time ever trying Dunkin and it was great. What is not great is the fact that so many people are hating on this brand new establishment! I ordered a s’mores frozen coffee and it’s great! but take a look at the ingredients the employees have to memorize in the photo I added! Dunkin in galesburg opened a few days ago. Just because this establishment was planed out “Months or years ago” doesn’t mean the employees are magically going to know how to make the products. Give it a few weeks and lay some slack. As a former fast food employee, i know what these employees of Dunkin are going through right now. Everyone is still learning!

My first visit was perfect. I got the blueberry donut iced coffee. Since then it’s been downhill. Over half the time my blueberry donut iced coffee isn’t made right. Looks off visually or the taste is off. I just chalked it up to them being new and not getting the rhyme down behind the counter. If my order is ready it’s just placed on the counter no heads up most times I’m wondering if what they placed down is mine or not. The donuts are always amazing.
