Every year for our son’s birthday he asks for Long Johns from Dunkin’ Donuts. He isn’t a cake and ice cream guy. My wife ordered the usual dozen donuts and went and picked them up. She didn’t think to open the box. The teenagers working that day decided to turn the donuts upside down or on their side for some reason and the frosting slid off from being freshly baked or whatever so when it was time for the birthday song and candles we opened the box and boy were we surprised. I guess we’ll look in the box from now on before leaving the store.

Stopped by to pick up a coffee and donut. They were super slow. Apparently someone didn’t show up for work. The kiosk you order from is difficult to figure out. I just wanted a coffee with creamer and sugar. I ended up with a coffee with 3 vanillas or something. Definitely don’t see myself stopping by this location again.

I was having a rough morning and on my way out I spilled my entire large coffee all over the entry way ! The workers there are incredibly kind and cleaned it up for me and made me a new cup of coffee. They are the BEST!!! 10000/10 customer service

Have come here a few times a week to get my daughter the bagel bites and are EXTREMELY slow. Every time we’ve waited in drive through 15-30 minutes. Tried to give a few chances but if I see 2 cars in front of me I avoid business here all together. You won’t leave the line for 30 minutes and probably can count on being late to your next stop.

Pathetic service. Wait for someone to take order at counter, then she dissappears to fill drive up orders even though 6 people behind counter are twiddling their thumbs. My Bavarian cream was pretty much void of cream. I was halfway into the donut before hitting cream and had exactly 2 bites that had cream in them. Will not be back at this site.

Terrible service!! It was 1:52pm and there was a sign that stated Lattes 1.99 from 2-5. One of the ladies there asked her and she said no. So the “MANAGER” wanted me to wait 8 mins. I would never make my customers wait 8 mins. So I declined the latte and order regular coffee and still had to wait until 2:04 to get those!!! SMH I WAITED THAT LONG. Never again will I stop there again.

Horrible manager she doesn’t know how to train any of her employees properly. Food and drink preparation is so unsanitary and disgusting. The way they handle food and drinks should be illegal, I’ve even once received food with mold growing inside of it. Rude employees, bad service etc. this location should honestly be shut down.

Poor management at the facility. They allow their workers to play inappropriate music inside while there are customers eating with their children. I had ordered a custom new drink that came out and they didn’t have anything for the drink nor and just tasted like regular iced coffee instead of the chocolate caramel cold brew with the stuff on top.

The staff was great, this is not a reflection on them, but i have noticed a distinct decline in the food quality over past few years, to the point where I find it inedible. The exceptions being the hash browns and avocado toast, which are both really good. The other breakfast sandwiches should be avoided at all costs.
