Two stars for the food but service should get ZERO stars! Please hire individuals that can regulate their emotions and understand customer service practices. Why don’t they smile? Why are they angry all the time? Why don’t that say “please” and “thank you”? Do better!

VERY disappointing this time, usually I don’t have much issues here @this location since it’s close nearby 4 me 2 get to. I ordered a large matcha latte, drink size seems smaller than a large?? Then it was lukewarm in temperature, the the matcha wasn’t even mixed/blended either, its all floated up 2 the surface of the drink. Never had that happen b4…idk is it all a bunch of newbies now working there that just don’t either how 2 b a barista, or just don’t care how the product comes out 2 the public?? Idk which, I’m an avid customer of DD can see thru my app of how frequently we go there & my daughter too. Drink wasn’t even filled up 2 top as it usually is too, idk maybe need 2 find/go 2 another location then or further down the road 2 the nearest Starbucks instead?? This is my time 2 treat myself, as I’m also a local biz owner too. I would never have sent this out 2 a customer of mine looking like this either…maybe more staff training needed?? Also ordered a speciality holiday donut too, idk how this gonna turn out either… we’ll see?? This is an add onto this original posting. I went there AGAIN 2day 2 treat myself, SAME EXACT thing, the matcha is NOT mixed, & not FULL AGAIN either, idk is this place lacking in training here, or the younger ppl working here just DON’T CARE?? This is getting REALLY disappointing here esp @this location. I’m still a fan of DD, but seems like these young ones like 2 cop an attitude with u as well, NO decent customer service ethics either, and it’s not just here either, I’m seeing this across the board here in several local establishments esp of fast food places. I ended up coming home & actually stirred my own cup 2 blend the matcha the way it should have been done there originally. Idk if other “customers” are seeing the same things here that I do, but if places keep messing up orders, ppl gonna stop going there & word of mouth spreads like wild fire these days too…

While ordering in drive thru my mom was confused on one of the refreshers & I’m literally looking at one of the females that was taking her order and the entire time she’s popping her neck as if she’s not the one taking orders and need to explain if a costumer is confused do better when hiring people for the Saturday morning shifts she was very rude.

Ordered a bagel. Asked it be toasted. Obviously it was not. It was microwaved. Blob of cream cheese No napkins. Bagel was old and hard. Coffee was good. Disappointed.

Do better. My avocado toast was not toasted… come on people. The word toast is even in the name. Then I tried calling them about it and their phone just rings and after so many rings just hangs up. I arrived back at the location and informed them of their mistake and they didn’t even apologize, just said pull forward. At the payment window I asked her if third phone was working the girl just smiled and said no. I guess they turn them off to avoid complaining customers. Really D&D?? This franchise is poorly operated.

The drinks I order had no cream or sugar and I had asked for that in my drinks ice butter pecan tasted like straight coffee they tasted awful was so strong of a coffee taste I might as well of been drinking black coffee had to go to the gas station pay 10 cents for 3 cream and sugar this has been happening more often as much as it cost they could at least try to make the drinks right and the food wasn’t any better please do better because people don’t want to be wasting their money on bad drinks and food I might as well go to Starbucks they would probably do better
