Go often living close by..ordered a small chai latte hot,around 5 like Starbucks,unfortunately I only tasted foam and water..don’t like making negative reviews,but just a suggestion to put more chai flavor..service has been good,usually go back to let them know if something is wrong, not an issue . Sizes of cold drinks are much better price wise verses Starbucks..different place,different ways,different items..

Came in today for a coffee with French vanilla cream and a donut and was greeted by an employee that I could only describe as absolutely pleasant and warm. I was driving through and had a hard road but after such a friendly and attentive service from her, I felt absolutely relaxed and enjoyed the rest of my trip.

their doors were locked when they were clearly open and the staff gave us a nasty look when they came to the doors and pushed the doors open. she needs to be taught customer service all over again.

Absolutely insane!
I ordered 2 medium caramel cream frozen coffees and 2 wake up wraps. they told me the price was $27 and some change at the drive-thru I thought. well they must have made a mistake and added something so I clarified at the window and she said no that’s the correct price so I opted out of the bacon, egg and cheese wraps. I still ended up paying $18.58 for two coffees. This is crazy. I could not believe the price so I started hunting online and I realize that my receipt showed that I was charged extra 3.58 for whipped cream my order was ring up as two frozen coffees with all the extras added. When I brought my receipt back to let her know my concern she said she rang me up for the frozen coffees and not the coffee cream frozen coffee however, the only difference is is that she can charge me extra for the regular frozen coffee and it’s all included in the caramel cream frozen coffee. When I inform her the prices are absolutely insane compared to where I live. she said well then you probably don’t want to move to Illinois then!

My wife and I ordered twice, first time 3/25/25 and it was through the drive thru, the customer service was poor. The lady behind the speaker seemed to have an attitude. The second time which 3/27/25 we went inside and we had ordered ice cream, I had asked about waffle bowl and they said no they didn’t have them, so my wife said well it’s on the board and the lady had said they just hadn’t made them yet. Mind you when we walked in the lady was just cleaning in my opinion she could’ve been restocking on inventory, and instead of saying they didn’t have any she could’ve said I apologize we just haven’t made any yet. The lady seemed to also have an attitude. The only good thing I can really say is they give you decent scoops for the price.
