Very disappointed in my macchiato at the Rochelle Dunkin’—looked like it had no espresso. Service feels rushed, and the high employee turnover shows. They seem understaffed often, which makes for long waits and inconsistent quality. I’d place the blame on poor management rather than the workers, as they’re trying their best. This location needs better leadership and consistency to match Dunkin’s standards.

Sat in you empty lobby for 10 minutes and was completely ignored while your workers paid full attention to the drive thru so I left and went to McDonalds and got my frozen mocha instead… and with service like that i wont ever be back.

I’m a Dunkin Junkie. This location is ridiculous. I come here all the time. I don’t live here. I just work here a lot. When I go to Dunkin, I typically get the Dunkin Refill. I also get another extra cup of coffee for the road.
Well, I tried to place my order this morning . I was informed they don’t provide Dunkin Refills. I asked why not? I mean, they sell the freaking thermoses and cups in their store yet they won’t fill them up.
I was told they quit doing that since Covid. I guess they’re one of those places. The owner is probably riding around in their car right now with their mask on all alone. That’s enough of a reason not to come to this location anymore.
I mean, the donuts are horrible . That’s Dunkin in general not just this location. The only reason one would come here is for the coffee or some people like the drinks.

It was literally so cold in there you could see your breath and it’s 75° outside! It was so busy that it was pure chaos behind the counter I placed a mobile order 5+ mins ahead for 1 iced latte and the guy that walked in 5 mins after I had been there waiting ordered at the counter and got his 2 drinks before I got mine the lady had to ask me twice what I was waiting for and she made it wrong it was not sweetened at all, will not be going back to this dunkin

I go to dunkin daily. The only thing that gets me, is they like to toss all your donuts in one bag. Majority of the time I come home and all the donuts are messed up. The other day I got 2 Boston creams and the tops of the chocolate were stuck together. They need to be put in separate sleeves or if the icing is still wet they should put them in small boxes. It’s just common sense! If I don’t ask for them to be put in their own bags they are just thrown together.

Ordered a bagel, toasted and schmeered. Only half my bagel had cream cheese. The other half was put on like a hat. And the other half barely had any. I’ll just buy my own next time

Lately it has become pricey and inconsistent. They are usually very nice in the drive thru lane, the order is usually correct, although tastes watered down even with light ice.

They used to be decent enough, actually getting the drinks you ordered right, giving you what you paid for etc. But recently they’ve severely dropped in quality. They will over half of the time get your drink completely wrong and make it taste awful. They will also constantly forget to put any food items ordered in the bag. Don’t recommend.

Update. It’s been 3 years since my last review and it’s still terrible. The worst DD I’ve ever been to for efficiency and organization of service. I ordered 10 minutes out and waited inside for 10 minutes to get all code with nothing in it and an iced drink that’s juice poured over ice. My sandwich was ready upon arrival though. And they just kept taking orders from the window belt filling mine. BS. Crazy terrible.
Disappointed to the extent that I don’t go there. My routine is an XL coffee plain ordered on the app at least 10 minutes out to be picked up inside. When I get there, the empty cup is sitting there and I wait for it behind the people in the drive through window. Maybe some poor change of routine?Defeats the purpose of the mobile ordering option, right? There is no simpler drink and I like it to sit there a bit a cool down. Just disappointed, I guess.
