This Dunkin’ Donuts should be close. The customer service that represents Dunkin’ Donuts is terrible. The manager is rude and seems overly worked and stressed out and he’s taking it out on the customers Dunkin’ Donuts as a whole needs to revamp his customer service for the amount of loyal customers that they have coming every morning it’s ridiculous that this is the first greeting we get shut it down or re-staff it.

This Dunkin’ should honestly be shut down. Every single time I go through the drive-thru my order is wrong or missing something — literally every single time. Today I ordered a sausage wrap, and when I bit into it there was no sausage inside. After waiting almost 20 minutes, I finally get my food, eat the wrap, and then realize they actually gave me the sausage on the side. Who does that?? At first they didn’t even charge me, then messed it up anyway. Do employees here even get proper training? The level of carelessness at this location is beyond ridiculous. If you value your time (and your order being right), avoid this place.

I’ll preface this review by stating that I have not been to this location in over two years because the last time I was there I watched the older female employee (everyone knows the one) make a dragonfruit refresher by pouring the entire box of dragonfruit concentrate into the cup. (it should be noted that a refresher calls for around two ounces of the concentrate)
To make a long story short, I ordered the new sparked energy, which I’ve been getting from other Dunkin locations, but at this location when I ordered it I ended up getting a half and half concentrate refresher drink instead of the sparked energy. it was so bad and so strong that we had to throw both drinks away after two sips. There was a big girl and small one and a man very unfriendly especially the guy and big girl didn’t even say one word they just kept talking to each other than sit there on the phones…well they burn the food and I stood there waiting to ask someone to remake it and of course they didn’t even say hi or anything just continued to be on the phone and talk. They remade made the food and it was even worse than before! Get better employees never seen a Dunkin donuts so dead and I see why now.

For the pass 3 weeks they have been saying they’re cleaning the machines or don’t have whatever Im ordering. My husband has gone and they also say the same thing. That’s ridiculous, how do they even make money if they don’t want to serve anyone. Asked for donuts, oh wele only had like 1 kind. Seriously a disappointment since this is the closest Dd with a baskin Robins near me.

Went to drive thru for a Oreo shake and the drive thru worker says sorry I have no milk. How don’t you have milk?? This is a big business and I’m sure you can borrow from another store or order from any local store. This is how big business are losing business and shutting down. This is poor service and a waste of my time driving to this location for them to tell me this.

Went to Dunkin Donuts on 87th and kedzie for 2 pints of ice cream. Upon entering there were 2 employees who looked up and never said a word. The girl was working on a drive thru order and the guy kept doing what he was doing. Went and got my 2 pints of ice cream and patiently waited to pay. The girl came over the transition was made and it was only then she asked if I wanted my receipt which I took and left. So rude so unprofessional and will not be going back no time soon. That’s how you lose business.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The service was terrible. The ladies were rude and came up with excuses like “we’re out of _” to not get things. They lied about prices when i could see them. They repeatedly left me in the middle of my order to go grab things (I was the only person there). Absolutely terrible. I’ve never had service this low quality. And bonus!! There were finger prints on my ice cream.
