This used to be a good service Dunkin. The last few visits were not acceptable when it came to my orders in the last few months. I ordered a medium matcha with no ice and the cup was only half full. That could have told me they needed to add some ice. Another time I asked for oat milk and they gave me whole milk. I’m lactose intolerant! Then I ordered another matcha with easy ice and they gave me lots of ice. From now on I’ll make the trip to another Dunkin.

The first time in 7 years I walked into dunkin donuts. The girl behind the counter is yelling. “It’s going to take awhile to place your order!” Come to find out, that line was for those who are waiting to pick up their purchase. It was a whole 2 of us that needed to place our order. So the girl walked around and did nothing that made sense. When the busy guy was finished with his job he ran over to take our orders, 5 minutes later. I finally place my order. In 3 hours later, their nasty – gross donuts are as hard as a rock.
I finally remember why I hate Dunkin Donuts. Nothing seems fresh, nothing seems to taste good and it’s costs more then it’s worth. Drive to Summit, there is a bakery on 63rd across from the high school. Best darn donuts you can find (Their cakes and other items I am not a fan of). *photo had the Dunkin donuts munchkins and the real donuts from the Summit bakery. The display was made for my uncle’s Memorial service.

Check the takeaway order, they don’t give you what you ordered and they make the sandwich with burnt bread. And the one who hides behind the coffee talking bad words when you go to complain but doesn’t show her face, don’t laugh because we won’t see each other again soon.

Employee Carmen is very rude. She’s unprofessional she screams and just has a really bad attitude. She was so rude to my father who’s an Army Veteran and sent him home to do himself a coffee. This past Saturday she threatened not to give my 65 year old mother her senior discount. I have filed a complain and I really hope she gets terminated. According to the manager she’s had several complaints already.

I want to share my experience first of all by giving thanks to all the Dunkin’ Donuts team that work in this location. Today My car broke down in the middle of the Drive thru area when ordering food. The staff were so kind and understanding. And the first thing they thought about my kids and I been safe and getting us inside the store. Specially, because it was more than 95 degrees outside. Thank you all very much. Sorry you have to close the Drive thru for more than 30 minutes. Great management and great staff!!

Most of the time they get my order right, and there’s times like today when they forget to add the flavor and I end up with and xl that it’s just black coffee.. and then I don’t like that the app offers certain stuff and then the store doesn’t have them.
