After being a loyal customer here over 10 years, it is time to take my business elsewhere. Multiple times trying to place an order after 9 pm and they are “closed.” Everything says 10 pm and I even asked the workers what time they close and they tell me it is 10 pm. Poor ethic, management or both.

This location lacks in upkeep and simple maintenance. The bathroom is dark and nasty with lights out and toilets that are clogged up and not working. You have to navigate through the homeless people that are congregating outside on the patio area and lingering in the seating area near the bathroom area. The employees seem to be frustrated but obviously strive to do their jobs but not many words to be spoken.

Says it opens at 3am. It’s been multiple times I’ve been there around 4-4:30am and it’s still closed. Hours should be adjusted. Poor customer service too. They can’t say “good morning” or “thank you” back, EVER!!

Every time I try this location it’s sooo slow. I’m in the drive thru and it’s 10 minutes. She took my card and handed me nothing for 15 minutes. Writing this review in the drive thru currently with nothing yet.

Chic on the intercom acted like she never heard of a raspberry filled. Donuts were sugar covered not glazed. The sausage in the Croissant has weird spice flavor. Overall good. Never had a jelly dough nut that was not glazed. Pretty good tho.

Today I made an order of 3 spider donuts. This is what I got when I opened up the bag. How do these look like spiders. The advertised ones look like spiders. This is not it.
