Where do I begin? I bought two bagels, a wake up wrap and hash browns. The bagels are clearly two days old and need to be microwaved in order to be edible. That alone is enough never to get my business but let’s continue. The hash browns were burned beyond consumption. Straight to the garbage. If you drive a pick up truck, you will curb your tires in the drive thru because the path is too tight. I can overlook all of that but the rude clerk is the topper. I said good morning and he stared at me in silence. I gave my credit card he said nothing. He hands it back, I say thank you and he ignores me. He handed me my order without a peep. I would never go back to this location. Go the distance and travel to the Dunkin on Dempster. They bake fresh throughout the day and they aren’t rude like the people at 8080 Milwaukee.

Thursday, May 1st at around 8:45am, I walked in to order my coffee and very clearly said I wanted a SMALL. My drink is ready and it’s in a medium cup, so I grabbed my receipt from the register. The man who rung me up charged me for a medium when I specified I wanted a small. No one should be scammed for something they DO NOT want. This is not right. I will not be coming back to this location. Whoever was working was clearly a manager or owner and worried about his pocket rather than what the consumer wants. I never write reviews but when scamming is involved, I will let it be known.

They don’t really take your order lol I asked for a bagel not toasted with cream cheese on the side so i can toast it later and they spreaded a smear of CC on my bagel for 2.99. I took off the CC to toast my bagel and it was at most a tablespoon of CC

Bad service. Ordered medium coffee coolata with drive thru. After paid, employee asked me “do I want whip cream?” with holding not filled of the medium cup of beverage. I said No whip cream. I saw the drink that she hold, I didn’t like it. So ask change to small cuz I need to go. They don’t want to give me money back. Another employee ask what happen with anger face. Later, they gave me much white color of drink with still anger face. Taste was weird, sour, too much cream, bad service.

Never in my years of ordering drive thru that I was met by a lazy employee who only extended his arm right on the window and watched me struggle to grab my HOT drink. I was managed to grab the drink with the tip of my fingers. It could have ended badly. And he turned around and goes back to have a conversation with his coworker. Reading

This is what you get for a large macchiato. Maybe a medium at most. Check your order before leaving because you may not get what you ordered. Macchiato taste bad and was not made per my instructions. Ordered a small pumpkin spice latte, iced, decaf, with oat milk in the drive through. The drink had whipped cream. I apologized for the confusion and explained I can’t have Dairy so I cannot have the whipped cream. She replaced my drink and I drove away. I took a sip…she just gave me a plain latte with cows milk and no pumpkin syrup.
