I was excited when this location opened because it meant I wouldn’t have to go past my job to get coffee. Unfortunately recently I feel like not much attention is paid. Few weeks ago I got my order only to have to drive back because they gave someone else coffee. Its been quit a few times where I order my sandwich and have to return and say this is not my order. Today I asked for an iced cappuccino with sugar. Again gave me the wrong sandwich I said this isn’t mine, my order was bagel with cream cheese. As I drove off I took a sip of my coffee only to find that there was no sugar added. Now I can easily add the sugar on my own but when your asking for it as your ordering its kind of a bummer taking a sip and only tasting expresso.

Pulled up to the drive-thru around 4:50 AM and no one answered. When I drove past the window, I could see employees inside just standing around. If you’re open, the drive-thru should be attended. Very disappointing experience.
