So rude, I went to the drive through and because no one was answering (yes I am aware that I have to wait until I get a response BUT as a customer service if you notice a car is already waiting please let them know “I’ll be with you in a second”) I was unaware if the speaker was broken or if it even worked so I pulled up thinking I had to order through the window and I kindly told the lady sorry I wasn’t sure if the speaker was working because I had no response and she rudely said “well next time you have to wait because we are busy” again I worked in customer service and I am aware it is busy but I didn’t need the NASTY comment and said you didn’t have to be rude about it and she kept saying “what are you going to order” over and over after I commented she was being rude. It was a mistake for me to pull up and I apologized but to get a rude comment and she said “yo know what what” and left to get a breather, got my donut and closed the door without a word. If you are going to work in customer service, you need to build or have respect and patience. This job is not for you

Extremely rude staff today @5:50pm.
I ordered a drink that did not taste right, so I politely asked for a different drink, and the employee told me no & that he doesn’t understand what I don’t like about the drink they made.
He was extremely rude and I asked him if he had a bad day because his attitude was uncalled for. There were no other customers, maybe this is why. They could have made a different drink. They just didn’t want to.. at that point, why are you working? I live up the street from this location, I don’t get the reason for being rude when I come here somewhat frequently.
One of the staff was a large bodied, thin legged man with a strange mustache, and the other was skinny with a bowl cut. The skinny one walked off to avoid conversation and the big one was the main rude one. He said his name was Chris.. doubt that.

I have given this location so many chances, the heavy set young man with the mustache Enrique every time I come in there, he acts like I’m annoying him. I mean, Just.has no customer service and it’s annoying. Everytime I come in there, he messes up my order, not only that I asked him if he could ask the young man to move out front of the door with his dog and he wouldn’t told me he could do nothing about that. I will not visit this location again! DONE!!!

This is a new “Next Generation” Dunkin drive thru location by the Currency Exchange. Crew is always smiling as fast as they are. Drive thru has a cool looking digital menu board. The new nitro coffee is smooth. Love the taste of the new “Beyond Meat” plant based sausage breakfast sandwich. Try the on-the-go ordering feature on your Dunkin app and just go straight to the pickup area to grab your order, so fast! Glad this new style Dunkin’ is in the neighborhood. Little Village runs on Dunkin!

We stopped by this location after dropping our car off for work to be done thinking that we were going to get our Dunkin fix; only to see the line for the drive thru wrapped around the building. So, we decided to go inside because yet again we just dropped our car off; only to find out that they have the door locked and are not allowing customers in. The fact alone that it looked like it was only 2 workers during what looks to be their rush hour (8am) and not have enough employees at all. There is usually not a problem when coming to this location when in the drive thru. But, what about those customers who used bus fare to come there for coffee or those customers who live close by and do not have a car for the drive thru? This location owner/ manager needs to do better… if employees called off then the owner/manager should have been there to help handle the rush of customers during morning hours or to at least post a sign saying mobile orders can come in and pick up or something…not the confusion on customers faces when they walk up to the door and it’s locked and can’t get in. Do better!!!

Whoever the manager was today at around 6 did not do her job properly my order was incorrect she gave attitude and tried to close the shop way before they were supposed to legally be closed she gave me attitude the entire time I was in the shop and when I realized my order was incorrect and tried to go back in the shop she locked the doors and mind you they wasn’t supposed to be closed yet still . She didn’t have time to fix my order while she was still on the clock but managed to fix herself a giant iced coffee while the store was still supposed to be open .

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. The girl working drive thru didn’t get our order right at all, we got 2 Caramel coffees instead of 1 Caramel Coffee & a Pistachio Coffee. She took 10 min just to complete our entire order. She overfilled our coffees, causing it to spill in my car. Will probably not be returning.

I always ordered through DoorDash, but this store in particular seems like their employees don’t know how to read. I ordered A LARGE HOTTT drink, I got a cold instead and even on the label says hot. Please train your people right and stop messing up people’s Monday mornings! Paid Almost 10$ for a drink that they can’t even get it right
