The customer service from these employees was terrible. I had a drive-thru order approximately 5 minutes prior to 6:30pm. The woman who took my order had an attitude. When I pulled up to the window I was chastised by a male employee for ordering when I did because apparently the business was closing at 6:30pm. He said I should have come around 6pm instead and I should’ve checked Google Maps to make sure they were open.
I take issue with this for a few reasons:
1. Why are you being rude to customers?
2. I was on my way to work, hence the timing.
3. If your business closes at 6:30pm, that means you’re available for orders until 6:30pm.
4. There is a sticker on the drive-thru window stating the business is open until 7pm. The male employee stated the sticker was two years old, to which I stated it should be removed if it’s not accurate.
5. If the business is “closed”, you could’ve just said that instead of taking my order anyway and complaining about it.
Check your attitude at the door and learn how to speak to people the right way.
