I would never visit this store ever again, This the second time this had happened with me. I order hot protein matcha every time.The first time they gave me a half cup cold and empty matcha.I thought they were busy and it happens.But today again they did the same thing the hot protein matcha was not at all hot and neither it was good all the matcha was at the bottom of the cup and there was no matcha Taste.

These guys suck at their job. Save yourself the time and go to a different Dunkin. These guys did not give us the five dollar meal deal and instead charged us full price. There was also an offer for a 3 dollar refresher but instead they charged me full price at 7 dollars. At the window, when I asked for my receipt I had to ask twice because they forgot and were instead chatting with each other. Upon eating my meal, I realized that they used bacon in my wake up wrap when I specifically said sausage. It says sausage on my receipt too. When I called to ask about a price adjustment, they listened for maybe 4 minutes and then hung up on me.

First time and last time here. Used my reward points on a free drink, so at least it wasn’t a complete waste. My strawberry refresher had powder and brown substance at the bottom. Glad I only had a few sips before noticing. Never had this issue at other Dunkin’s.

the guy taking our order at the drive through was a younger, taller, built man. we could barely hear him, he had me repeat the order 3 times, then when we got to the window he genuinely did not say a single word. before we left, we realized he had forget a wrap and he rolled his eyes, banged his hand on the table, then walked away. awful and rude this guy needs to be fired.

How do you mess up a medium iced coffee with Carmel, cream & sugar? Cup over flowing and gross. Waited in drive through about 10 minutes, no other customers. Try a different Dunkin. Wasted my free coffee points

In general Dunkin’ is good. This particular location it seems service is hit or miss. Today I ordered some doughnuts and an order of 5 munchkins. They were all just haphazardly thrown into a single bag together all on top of each other. It was a mess.

Haven’t been to a dunkin in a few years and their menu tripled in size. Didn’t see any donuts on their drive thru menus. Their sourdough breakfast is 650 calories. It’s very filling, but lacks flavor because there’s no seasoning or sauce. Their bagel bites are good, but there’s a lot of nothing in it. They also sell bacon as a side like French fries and they’re caramelized. Adding the side bacon to breakfast sandwiches is a good pro tip. A lot of drinks on the menu now.
