I payed $13 for 2 drinks and a sandwich, my coffee was made poorly by the lady PRAVEG, I went back because I noticed my coffee didn’t even have a label of what I ordered, I kindly asked if she could remake it the way I ordered it and asked me to pay more of what I already did. This is not the first time that this has happened. I drive to this location because it’s closer to my home but I will definitely be driving to a further location.

This Dunkin’ on Wheaton & Warrenville…it’s connected to that BP…Holy THANK THE LORD….They get it! Coffee’s always on point, food’s hot, and the crew moves like they’ve got somewhere better to be (in the best way). Even when the line’s wrapped, they keep it pushing. It’s giving efficiency, caffeine, and good vibes. Easily one of the best Dunkins in the area — no notes, just love.

I asked for my drink remade because it was completely wrong – the woman at the drive up window was not only extremely rude but she 100% went into the back, didn’t remake my drink, and gave me the same drink back in the same cup and everything.

Ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich and they used American cheese instead of the white cheddar cheese. That is so essential to the sandwich. Either they made it wrong or they decided to not tell me they did not have the white cheddar cheese. Whether the former or latter, this was not handled correctly. I hope the team sees this review and takes steps to avoid this in the future.
