Older gentleman with glasses is usually cold and abrasive. This morning I ordered a chocolate chip muffin. Older gentleman knowingly gave the wrong muffin to the employee at the drive thru window. This location is usually good. But sometimes I wish they were more professional and cared more about getting orders correct.

I live very close to this location and I go here very often. They never mess up my order and are always fast. A new black gentleman has started working there and he is the absolute best! I will continue to come back for more friendly service and great donuts.

I dont know if they changed management or just hired new people or what. But its not good. Ordered a latte and they gave what looked like watered down regular coffee with no milk, etc. Crazy that they always seem annoyed when asked to remake when i know if the roles were reversed they wouldnt want to drink that crap either. When remaking it its still not great, but at least it doesnt make me want to hurl. Tasted like dirty water with sugar in it. Should have kept the people that were working there, too bad.

let me start with the fact that I’m pretty sure they pre-toast the BAGELS and just warm them to order. Disgusting.. I usually ask for a dark toast, but they come out hard as a rock. So today i asked for regular toast and it was warm and toasted (at some point) but was NOT crispy like a toasted bagel should have been. I’ve given them several opportunities to provide good food, but they failed miserably.. I will NOT be going back

My friend and I come every week in the morning for some drinks and this time some lady working there was rude and told us to get out and they didn’t give us our drinks that we payed for and and forgot to give us a straw.

Surprisingly this is the best DD I have ever been to. The cashier was very polite and the sausage egg and cheese croissant was made perfectly with all part’s equally nice and hot. But one thing that surely stood out to me was the actual size of the croissant.. it was huge and fresh. When I usually get these, the croissants are always the same size, not that big at all and either the cheese the patty will be warm or cold and not hot. This was the best croissant sandwich I have gotten from DD. I also got a chocolate long john which I asked before I bought “is it fresh and soft?” She gave me a confident yes and i ordered 1. It was indeed very fresh. I was very pleased with my quick visit while moving through the area. Will be back when I’m in the area again. Thank you

I don’t usually put reviews, but I come to this dunkin quite often because it’s on my way to my college, however every single time I come I do a mobile order and there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order and it’s always forgetting something I payed extra for or completely ignoring what the actual drink is for example I ordered a frozen matcha and I got a regular matcha that I had to mix myself, another example is every time I order my drink with cold foam there is never cold foam on my drink. I just don’t get how it’s always on the sticker but never in my drink

I am all for giving a business a try but it has been months and they still can’t get it right. I had 2 drinks today in my order 1 wasn’t made right and the other I was yet again charged for a large and received a medium. There was no one in front of me no one behind me and no one at the counter. I know good people are hard to find but I just have to go out a little further instead of down the block. I hope management can correct the issues.

I loved the drive through when they first opened, but lately it’s been going downhill. This morning I got a strawberry donut and a double chocolate donut for my kids. Nothing separating the 2 on the bad, and the double chocolate was upside in the bag leaving all the chocolate stuck to the bag. Guess I’ll iĺl be trying the new DD on Jerico and Orchard now. Further away, but worth the try.
