Came here ordering 2 breakfast wraps, a strawberry doughnut, a coffee, Hashbrowns and a breakfast sandwich for me and my kids BUT after repeating my order three times they still screwed it up and argued with me abiut them only charging me for one….I am from out. Of town but will drive out of my way to another location for better service

Went here for 3 iced coffees. Got 3 large coffees with mostly cream no coffee and no Carmel. Second time the coffee has been horrible. Won’t be going back again. If you complain there rude as hell. Save your money go up in town and get coffee on the north side.

Got cookie butter latte, tastes literally like nothing. Tastes like watered down regular coffee. Tastes worse than a gas station coffee. Thank goodness for coupons cause if i paid the full 7$ for this “latte” id probably cry at a waste of 7$. If you have at least 7$ in your bank account, buy literally anything else.

Went through drive thru and since I know they like to put a lot of ice in iced beverages I said “light ice”. They give me my drink and its as if I said fill the cup to the very top of ice because the ice was literally all the way to the top! I barely took a few sips before my “drink” was done. BE AWARE if you order iced drinks, they will give you a cup full of ice..

First of all, the staff was completely rude. I came in a couple minutes later than I originally ordered and the drinks we’re starting to water down, so I kindly asked if they could possibly remake them and started blaming me for coming in late. but that shouldn’t matter because they should start the order once your there and they just left it out blaming me for coming in late. Although that’s not all, they made the orders completely wrong. They forgot the bacon bits on the toast and forgot a donut when I PAYED for 6. They need to read the orders correctly because it seems like that’s the biggest problem in this place.

Ordered the new matcha wicked drink and it was just a normal matcha don’t add any of the flavors and the matcha powder was piled at the bottom of the cup not even mixed fully ridiculous.
