I mobile ordered food and 2 drinks. When I got there, they let me sit for 10 minutes before telling me they didn’t have espresso to make one of the drinks. After I left with 1 drink instead of 2 I realized they didn’t even make that drink correctly. I went back for a refund. It should be noted that not one single person uttered anything that remotely resembled an apology for the awful experience I had.

What is going on with the service here? I’m sitting here eating, but when I tried to use the restroom, there were ‘Out of Order’ signs on the doors. Then, I watched the employees go in and use them freely. It is incredibly frustrating to be lied to as a paying customer. Delicious food, but this level of disrespect is a joke.

I placed a mobile order through the app, go inside to pick it up, I grab my order and this female employee walks behind the register. I needed to use the restroom so I said “good morning, do I need a code to use the restroom?” She replies “no” and I’m like “alright, would you mind buzzing me in?” and to my surprise she replied with *no, I need you to give me a second.”
She walks a way for a bit and says in Spanish” everyone wants everything right away, right away, they have to wait.” I understand and speak Spanish and I replied in English “I didn’t even hurry you at all and I even asked in a nice way, I said “would you mind buzzing me in?” And she said “yeah, yeah I know, it’s ok.” And hands me the key. I was shocked at first that a Dunkin employee told me “no” when I asked to use the restroom, having placed a mobile order. I’d understand if I didn’t buy anything, of course, but I did. Even though she did give me the key, I don’t think that was necessary.

I’m extremely disappointed and honestly concerned about the experience I had at this Dunkin’ location. The cashier who took my order appeared to be under the influence — their speech was slurred, movements were unsteady, and their attitude was completely unprofessional. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for just one scoop of ice cream and a simple drink, and during that time, the cashier was rude and dismissive as if my order was a bother.
There’s absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior in a workplace that serves the public. It was uncomfortable and concerning to witness, especially knowing this person is handling food and drinks. Management seriously needs to address this issue immediately — both for the safety of customers and the reputation of Dunkin’.
This kind of experience makes me question the standards being upheld at this location, and I hope corporate looks into it before more customers have to deal with the same kind of unacceptable service.

This was the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received the drinks were ordered online thirty minutes prior to when they were ready, maybe even longer. Staff was incredibly rude when we asked where drinks were and used the excuse of having a lot of orders when no one was there or waiting besides us. The only reason I am giving this one star is because zero isnt an option.

I have been to this Dunkin serve days this week before my night shift. I have arrived around the same time and every time I have gone the workers advise system is frozen or system is down. I understand if this occurs at time, but every day is ridiculous.
