Five star friendly staff when I visited in person. This is a petite Dunkin Dounuts with only 4 small individual tables and a window bar seating area for 3. I know from living in the area that they have a decent drive thru business in the early mornings before / during from commuters.

Ordered a cookie butter cloud latte and it was made all wrong, they put pretzels and candy inside and sunk all to the bottom. Doesn’t taste right at all.

Overall, this was an OK Dunkin’ and it’s definitely not deserving of more one star reviews than five star reviews. However, this location seemed understaffed, so it took a little while to get what we ordered, and the Refresher I was given mostly just tasted like lemonade after a disgusting first sip. The employee at the counter was very nice though and even gave us stickers.
There’s not much space in the parking lot. A truck came and blocked our car and my Dad had to get out and inform the truck driver that we were trying to get out.

Made us pull around to wait for two drinks at 7am. No one else was in the Drive through or in the store. The lady Ridley and loudly placed the tip jar out on the Drive through ledge and then moved it inside as we pulled around front.
Just go to the other dunkin down odgen or the one in danada if you can. Much better service.

Editing from two stars down to one. Months later I had the exact same experience. I was asked to pull to the side for an extended amount of time for one iced coffee, while cars behind me are being served within seconds and sent off. Again, staff is polite and food is fine, but I don’t understand why one coffee creates such a wait. I gave this one a second chance but never again.
My first review at two stars: They’re polite but I was told to pull to the side for 1 coffee and 1 sandwich, over 10 minute wait in the drive through while other cars drove through and got their drinks and food. Personally, I’ll find a different Dunkin for my morning commute.

I’ve been ordering from this location almost daily for some time now and I’ve been having a much different experience than what I’m reading in the comments . I always receive exceptional customer service . This is by far my favorite location in the lisle/Naperville area . Yesterday I ordered the everything bagel with turkey sausage , egg, and cheese and it was delicious! Also had trouble with my online order and a guy helped me out at the window. Other locations wouldn’t have extended that courtesy.

Overall a good Dunkin! The drink orders are always right and made correctly. My problem is with their sandwiches/ food. They’re usually burnt, stale, and harder than a rock.
Friendly staff, convenient location, things are good other than the food. Clean bathrooms too (rare for a Dunkin).

Paid over $6 for medium iced coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Seems high considering I pay under $5 at the DD down the road in Naperville. Also wondering now if they put sugar in the coffee or if it is syrup. Also there was barley any cream cheese on the bagel definitely never stopping here again!

A tail of two Dunkins. A half mile west on Ogden there is a Dunkin that always has a huge drive thru line. And this Dunkin’ does not. Why would that be? Why would someone wait? Well because this Dunkin messes up orders and seemingly can’t put a donut in a bag. (See picture. And yes the frosting all came off with the paper) It’s not a one off thing. It’s surprising when they don’t screw something up. And so I’ll be going back to wait in line at the other one.
