every time I come here I order a breakfast sandwich with white cheddar and every single time they give me American instead. its happened over 10 times. do not expect much from this dunkin, they will always get your order wrong, and then give you attitude when you ask them to fix it

Before you order, ask who is working. If it’s the latin guy, go ahead. You won’t be disappointed. He makes sure it’s fresh. As for the food, he is the only one that gets my order right, never rude or in a bad mood like the other staff that works there in the mornings or other days. I agree with a previous review from a different customer, he is the reason I go back and as long as he is there, this will be the Dunkin I will go to. In case anyone else wants to know, he also works at the Dunkin on Randall, near Jewel, in Batavia. You won’t be disappointed.

I stopped coming to this Dunkin in June of last year because the staff was always rude and constantly getting my order wrong. Donuts, bagels, muffins, everything was always stale, like it was made a week before. But one day in October, I stopped by and the new guy, hispanic was so welcoming, coffee was freshly brewed. It was delicious! Now this is my go to, ONLY if he is there because he is so nice and always has fresh, donuts, muffins, etc. if I see anyone else, I do not stop, everyone else is rude! Dunkin! Get more people like the hispanic man you have working the evening! Then I will rate it 5 stars!

The coffee quality went down, I used to love going to this Dunkin’ but recently it’s been hard to want to come back. The staff seem to be very irritated in the morning (which I get we all have our days) but when it’s constant, it makes it hard to want to come back. Nick and Raj were the best when they worked there.

Ordered this, they gave me the bread only nothing inside! When I had asked to get everything on it I also went back because they charged me for 4 donuts and only gave me 3, when I got there they were rude about it didn’t want to give me back my money nor fix my order, I kept insisting to at least get it fixed they were mad about it and wanted to charge me extra.. and (see photos) this is what I got … I had to cook it myself at home because there’s no way I was going to eat it like that… this place needs better customer service… I will not come back here!

I go to this location because it is closer to where I live, but the workers are incompetent and make the orders wrong all the time. They are also rude at the window when ordering. I’ve had more bad experiences here then good ones.
