Every single time I come to dunkin I order a caramel latte no whip nor foam and every single time, Im given a coffe with like 1/4th the cup of foam & whip. The crossant I ordered last week was burnt and today when I ordered, there was an odd taste to it. I will not be returning to any Dunkin’s in the future as Ive experienced this problem all over. From washington dc to here in chicago, all the way down to the south including Florida.

I have nothing bad to say about this particular location. I have never had a bad experience! Everyone that works there is always so kind and generous. Sometimes I’m indecisive and end up changing my mind at the window. Or I’ll ask to add things or switch something. Never once did they get mad. I say I come here quite often And every two or three visits I get something for free. From the older workers to the ones fresh out of high school everyone there is super nice. I appreciate all their hard work and dedication they give to their customers like myself. Today I went and I asked if they can write on my drink get well soon since I was giving it to my little sister who just had back surgery. He had no problem and gave me a free donut with it 🙂 I say there’s about 3 locations in Homer glen and this one by far is the best location considering hospitality and friendliness.

This Dunkin frequently gets orders wrong and has no regard for their customers. I finally had it today when I ordered 2 large iced teas and they filled it to the top with ice so much so that I couldn’t get a straw in until some of it melted. Done with this place . Will drive the extra two minutes to the Dunkin on 151st and Bell anytime.

DD never disappoints. But on this particular day, they gave me an extra bag of hash Browns.. a very pleasant surprise for my little guy on his birthday. . It’s the little things that make big impact.

I ordered the ham sliders. When I got to the window and said they were out after they took my money, instead of returning my money they said to choose something else. I was given a meal $4 less on both my sandwiches. Never offering me back any money. Very bad store!!!!
