This is the best Dunkin location in my area. Drinks are always done right and food is good the customer service is soo good and the manager is super helpful and sweet. Unlike the locations in orland park this is top. I always appreciate a kind person giving me my right coffee.

I come to dunkin almost every morning before work through the drive thru and the associates I always speak to are so nice telling me to have a good day and drive safe. Very fast during there rush hour, I will only come to this location in the area no other!

Never going back to this Dunkin, even though it’s the closest one to my house. I love the avocado toast, but the last few times, they’ve done a horrible job. This one I got today made me feel like I got ripped off, and it’s a common occurrence.

As much as I love coffee and most of the time, I get the right order with the adjustments when applicable. Occasionally, I ordered Iced Macchiato and some changes/add, however they didn’t follow what I asked. How would they measure ice to fill from no, light, standard, to more??? See an attached picture, do they confuse less ice for standard ice? I recommend that they test how to measure ice to fill based on the size of the cup.

After increasing prices to the point of 5 dollars per coffee with the swirls pumps are 35 cents each, they don’t even give you every pump you pay for.
On top of that my free drinks cost money because of these 35c each pumps of swirl.

Terrible way to destroy your own business.
They are hiring at 15 dollars per hour and not giving their hardest workers a raise whom are stuck at 11 and 12 dollars per hour.
Yet they wonder why their service sucks.

The attached picture is how much coffee is left after removing ice. Not even a layer of swirl at the bottom either.

They are stealing our money.
Shut down this location asap corporate dunkin

I was very disappointed and I ordered two drinks for my wife and I. I asked for some water for the dog I had in the car. They charged me for the water to give my dog . My Frozen matcha had huge ice chunks . They were so big, I couldn’t even suck them through a straw. Not a very good experience.

Terrible service. Had an app issue. Employees claimed they could not refund me in the store–call customer service. Refused to provide customer service phone number because they don’t know. Told by MOD I should “look it up” myself. A business can take my money, but not rectify an error. Unacceptable.

If “Katie” is the owner/manager of this crew, DO BETTER. There is no excuse for that behavior.
