The quality of service for this place has gone down significantly ever since Michael and Lindsey no longer work there. The staff are very rude and condescending and my order hasn’t been right ever since they left. When I recap my order, they cut me off as if they are annoyed that I’m repeating it back to them. Aaaand it’s still wrong. New owners/management need to do something to get the customer service in order. I used to visit every morning before work. Now, I go out of my way to try to go to another location because of the service here.

I have been going to this location for at least 36 years. I especially love this location as the service is great, the workers are ALL so friendly, I’ve been through about 4 managers and all are friendly and efficient. Best service of all at this location vs other local ones. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Make sure you ask for a receipt and check what you were actually charged for. Charged my card $7 but when I got the receipt it was only supposed to be $4….and didn’t even apologize.

Update, I will never come here again. This is what they call a matcha latte next to the exact same drink but from Starbucks. Disgusting.

I have been coming to this particular store forever and have really never had a complaint until now. I order the same drink every day but I purchased the same drink yesterday and something was wrong with it! It was the color of dirty toilet water and so I threw it away and went to another store but not before snapping a picture of both drinks. When I arrived at the store today I brought it to the attention of the young cashier and she is always so polite and so sweet but the manager on duty midsized Hispanic lady handles me all together wrong and I did NOT appreciate it. I asked her if she wanted to see the photo and she walked away as if she didn’t see or hear me! Then again I asked her if she wanted to see the mistake and this lady had the audacity to place her finger over her mouth trying to hush me as if I was a child and that’s when I knew she probably was the one who ruined the original drink. How dare you put your finger to your mouth ignoring me and walking away! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED! If you cannot effectively communicate with the public then stay at your house and away from customer service jobs because you are horrible at it and so unprofessional. FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY

Very great customer service! I’m a regular and order online and my order is always on time. The regular staff is very fast and accurate. Under leadership of Michael business has improved and you can clearly see the change. Sometimes new people / old man has trouble keeping pace and can make wait longer. No washroom but still my go to dunkin.

Ordered a dunkin midnight…asked if it was fresh…it was not. The cup was warped so it dripped coffee on me as I drank. Went back and asked for new cup and remake the drink. Mgr told me I did not get it from there. Was in their parking lot as I spilled coffee on myself…no more than 2 minutes after I ordered. Didn’t like their attitude and the initial coffee was not good. Don’t like other ethnicities serving black communities when they obviously have issues doing so. Then they started talking in their language and laughing while looking at me as they finally remade my drink! They were very rude at the windown…the young girl and the middle aged manager man. This is not who i used to see at this DD…service really bad here now!! will never go back to this DD…will drive 3 miles out my way to avoid this DD!!!!

Today around 730 am I pulled to the driveway and ordered my food and was told I had to pull up the door . Unfortunately, when I received my food the cashier had an attitude because I asked for some condiments. First she rolled her eyes then responded in a nasty attitude saying “ next time ask for it at the window “ and was holding the ketchup hostage until I said okay. MY problem is how are yall going to tell me to pull up to the door and tell me if I need something to say something at the window. I was going even going to tell her thank you for going out her way but quickly decided not to. I always come here I’m a faithful customer I’m disappointed. Like I understand your irritated about walking outside so I can receive what I paid for with my hard earned money but that’s not my fault.

HEALTH HAZARD!! THIS LOCATION WILL SERVE YOU COLD AND HARD FOOD.

I wish I could upload the 2 minute video evidence I have of a worker at this location confidently saying multiple times that they “cook the snacking bacon only in the morning when they open, and do not cook any again. It is supposed to be served cold. And hard.” She said this on camera after I came to ask for the bacon in both my bacon, egg, and cheese with extra egg, and side of snacking bacon order was handed to me absolutely cold. I calmly asked for it to be remade and even if they burned it, that would be fine too! I like burnt bacon too, as long as it’s fully cooked, no problem! And she proceeded to explain for 2 minutes that the bacon is made when they FIRST open at 5AM, and not remade again the rest of the day. I ordered these items around 8:30AM. Also, take note of other reviews; they are not lying. This location inside does not have working ice cream on the Baskin Robbins side, a clear shelf where donuts would be, and has no seating inside! This location has some problems but obviously, because they are individually owned, DD cannot do much. They do not send there complaints to corporate or even put it on file about the business. I called the customer service line to make a complaint and they put it back on this location to “call me and ask what can be done to make it better.” I mentioned that, this is a severe oversight because they made the mistake, surely we don’t ask the bully to come up with a solution to appease the victim? But the manager called me at 11AM on a Monday and left a voicemail of “come and get a free sandwich or whatever you want. Thank you.” And that was it – I have not had another return call, even though the protocol I was told is they have 2 business days to rectify the situation with the customer, and they have not actually spoken with me…. anyway BEWARE. This location is a HEALTH HAZARD and you are taking a risk with your health eating meats from this place!!! Go to HOMEWOOD or FLOSSMOOR location; the only way to send a message is to not eat there!

Morning crew always got attitudes and making smart remarks. Threw my sandwich together this morning, just sloppy. I guess they be mad I place my order as I’m on my way there getting off of work. The girl even slammed the window in my face, she could’ve said one moment. I never rush them simply let them know Im picking up an order. If you are not a morning person don’t work that shift simple. When I go in the late afternoon, I get told have a good day, etc just overall better attitudes. If they need attitude adjustments I can assist with that bc I’m on my last straw with this morning crew.
