if i could give it zero start i would i came in feb 2 with my daughter son && fiancé it took over 10 minutes for someone to come greet me and take my order the worker just stared at me rude…. my 2 kids order bubble gum ice cream the rude guy from behind the counter gives them peppermint ice cream i politely tells him he remakes the order this time he put strawberry ice cream i tells him nicely this is the wrong one he completely snap they had the strawberry stocked where bubble gum was suppose to be im 7 months pregnant and spend 31 dollars there i don’t have time to argue with a rude worker over y they stocked the ice cream in the wrong spot that’s not my fault but for me to be yelled at like it is is ridiculous he was suppose to give me a refund never did he also scanned his rewards account instead of mines i never receive a refund been calling the store for days to get in contact with a manager but i will be taking this to coprate i really don’t appreciate how tht guy yelled at me n be littled me in front of my children it’s sad this is what you guys business is i loved dunkin and always spend good money but unfortunately i will no longer be a dunkin customer

Absolutely horrible! The man working the drive thru window tonight was a nightmare! I could not understand a thing he was saying. He gave me the wrong price for my food and when I told him I no longer wanted it he started yelling “why did you order it.” Over and over again at the top of his lungs. I really wanted those bagels which is the only reason I stopped him from yelling and asked for the price again and magically it went from $16 to $11. Which is still ridiculous but we move! I paid and as he handed me the bag he said “you need to go back to school to learn to read and write.” Mind you I had to ask him thrice to repeat what he was saying because his accent was so thick and unclear. I just stared at him and smiled because I don’t argue with clowns. However, what a nightmare! I will never go there again!!

Worst dunkin in the area. Homewood and Lansing are better. Gas station is even better than this location. Starbucks is down the street. Never get the offer correct even from the app. Rude beyond belief.

I just can’t wrap around my head at the fact that I was charged dang near almost a $1 for some whipped cream. Like this is why I go accross the border for the things. Everything is a up charge or taxed for no reason. No small coffee with whipped cream should be $5 that’s ridiculous and robbery. I will never return

I went to drive thru to order some coffee and he said 10mins now its been over 20mins he came to the window with his phone at me and the only thing that I’m asking for is some coffee he seem like he was drunk stumbling and slurring his words he’s telling customers at the drive thru NO No when all they’re trying to do is place and order dude is like 70 or 80 years old like it’s time to hang it up already ♀️ ♂️

Almost every morning around 5 I order on the app and get donuts or a drink and 9 times out of 10 it’s either wrong or just not made right. I got the strawberry dragon fruit refresher today and it was so watered down. Barely flavor and this place is always a hit or miss in the morning. Think I need to find a new place

I was coming home from a trip with my family and decided to stop at Baskin-Robbin’s we ask for some Mangonada he said they weren’t serving mangonadas and we decided to ask for some meals from Dunkin’ Donuts menu and the employee that’s there said I’m cleaning right now can’t serve nothing while we see him sitting down in his phone long story short he is not attending no one cuz he is on his phone sitting down and he said yes I’m open but always has an excuse not to serve the people going thru the drive thru did it to other 2 cars behind us and you guys can check your cameras were he was telling everyone to leave! Don’t waste your time coming to this place! At night 0 Zero stars

I ordered a Large Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso. The sign said the med size I believe was $4.39. I figured a large would be a dollar more, so I asked for the large. When I got to the window to pay, the price of the drink was $8.08 plus tax.
I went inside to ask why the price of the drink was so much, the said the price for the drink was $4.79 plus $2.00 for the brown sugar, plus $1.29 for the oat milk. Thinking they mixed my order with someone else, I told them I did not ask for those extras. They explained to me that is what make the drink. So I asked why not just make the price $8.08. They looked at me like I was nuts.
So I then asked them if I asked them to make me a med one as advertised with out the addons what would I get? She said it would not be a Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso. Once again why is the price not what is advertised. They still looked confused.
Having to get to work, I did not have time to continue to argue with them. But this is false advertising.
